Food was decent enough tasting albeit they got my order wrong initially but it was rectified later, my friend had already finished her food before mine came back out. I won't come back due to being felt like staff were a little too pushy for getting money out of you any which way and the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming - not a brill dining experience overall.

Staff were absolutely great and were very accommodating with my daughter and her feeding pump. Mollie thank you for the extra kids icecream as we had only ordered one kids meal due to my daughter not being able to eat much due to her feeding tube but she really wanted an icecream. She was absolutely fantastic with both of my kids as my son decided to change his dessert choice after the order had already gone through and she managed to get it changed. I loved that they were able to come up to choose their icecream and topping. She's an absolute credit to the restaurant

Everytime we visit the Ashton Under Lyne location the staff are amazing and have got to know my Son Jack. Nothing is too much trouble and everytime make the visit memorable

Went for a group meal with friends, all our meals came with no problems,Charlie who looked after us was so good, made sure we always had a drink and a laugh! Top guy! Brilliant night

Went too Bella Italia on Ashton moss tonight with my partner and autistic son , soon as I arrived they was aware straight I need to d a quiet corner away from the busy ness . Absolutely amazing waiter didn’t get his name but he understood the assignment and was very patient and made sure everything was lovely as my son kept having meltdowns and they couldn’t do enough , I don’t usually go out but I genuinely appreciate how kind caring and understanding they was . Thankyou will be back and he deserves a payrise

We came to Bella Italia for a late night Dinner. It was my partner, our daughter and myself, and I can’t remember the last time we had such a good experience while dining out!!
Luke our server was absolutely amazing!
He recommended some amazing dishes to us which we had never tried before and we would definitely be ordering them again.
He took the time out to explain the Menu to us as we were using the tastecard offer, and also made our 2 year old daughter very happy during our visit. She was very intrigued in the food delivery robot, so he showed her how it worked and made sure she was happy our entire meal!!
Luke is an absolute credit to the company and we hope next time we come to visit, he will also be our server again!!

Saturday night 8pm, not a busy service, only 6 tables occupied. Waited 10 minutes for a table to be laid for myself and my daughter. Once shown to table wasn’t told how to order or asked would we like any drinks. Tried using the app, obviously doesn’t work. Had to ask the supervisor if I could order after another 10 minutes of no interaction with any other member of staff. He sent over a young lady who was lovely and friendly. Once food arrived very disappointed, pizza was lukewarm warm, looked unappetising, it was so thin you could snap it. Did not finish food, paid the bill and left. Would not recommend.

Mollie was bubbly, friendly and attentive with a great memory and attention to detail. I wanted to tip but wanted to direct it to the high quality service given by Mollie! Food was a bit bland but Mollie made up for it !👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
