Heating was poor in my room. Tap took forever to drain out after brushing, after bathing water was up my leg with soap lath. Facilities look old. Food was tasteless. I checked in early in Monday and was charged £30 pounds for early check in, I didn’t have room cleaning the next day but on the day of check k out a lady came to my door by 8am asking when I will check out and if I will “check out early” . I have never seen such unprofesisonalism and substandard hotel in my life. It is strange they even have the name “mariot” attached to it.A poor standard associated with the Mariot brand. I will recommend you avoid this place.

We were given a room with bath after booking with senior discount but cannot use bath. During the night the smell from toilet was disgusting and found to be leaking. Barman gavec3 different prices for two glasses of wine from £21.20 then £31 then 59.00. We left in a hurry but made a complaint and await hearing since December 7th 2024.

The hotel is easy to get to with plenty of parking if you are staying overnight. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The slight downside for me though is the rooms could do with freshening up a bit especially the bathrooms. Also the food wasn't the best and you only had one choice of eating in the bar. Overall it's a good hotel and you will enjoy your stay.

Very good hotel. I stayed when away from home on a course and it was ideal. Really clean, comfy bed, and large spacious room with a decent TV. Close to local pubs for a drink and eating out too. Breakfast was good with plenty to offer. Parking was a little on the high side but it is london so that has to be factored in. Staff were polite and helpful. Can't really say a bad word to be honest.

Hotel slowly dying. No doors on wardrobe terrible restaurant service cold breakfast to in room not working. Food from previous night still in corridor’s in the morning.

호텔이 전반적으로 노후화 되어있지만 관리는 잘되어 있음. 메리어트애서 히터 문제로 힘든 시간을 보내어서 힘들었지만, 추가 이불과 소형 히터를 제공하여 마지막날에는 좋았음. 히터 문제는 개선할 필요가 있어 보임.

Thank you for a great stay staff from front desk to catering were above and beyond made myself and young daughter all the way from Australia feel very welcome
Loved the buffet breakfast and the lovely lady Manju ( forgive spelling) also cafe at night staff great and accommodating

Pleasant hotel, close to the town centre, clean and comfortable rooms,
car park to rear but only limited spaces for hotel residents and a bit of a circuertous route to get to the public part of the same cat park.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay for us, this started from the point of check in, which seemed to take forever, they tried to charge my card with a £50 room service fee, to which I questioned later on that evening as I requested room service and it was not available.
We booked a suite which was located on the 2nd floor right next to lift lobby, so we had the constant noise of people coming and going, the room is also located on the corner that is next to the busy roundabout, so we had constant noise from that as well.
When we got to out room there was a table outside that had someone's room clearance bottles and food, this was still there the next day when we left.
The room itself was OK but the furniture looked very tired.
We were also disappointed to be charged for parking at the hotel, I can't understand why hotels feel it's necessary to do this if you're a guest there.

Stayed for a night on 09th September 2024 with family. The room was very clean and decent size to accommodate a family of four. However, air conditioning was not working. When talked to staff, was told it’s winter time so air conditioning is switched off now. I couldn’t believe such a response while it’s officially still summer. Talked to another staff who said maintenance guy is not available today so can’t switch on air conditioning. The staff offered a fan but was given faulty one. I’ve given up at the end. I’ll never ever stay at any Marriott hotel in future.

I think the attention to detail with welcoming their guest was a really nice touch. There was a young lady working behind the desk by the name of Sim who was just the type of pleasant a guest needs at a hotel.
Air Condition was tricky in our room but it may be different in another. Gym felt like you were in the movie Rocky and the light kept going off to add to the basement allure. (Nice touch!) 🥊

My stay at the Delta Bexleyheath was great. The managers and staff accommodated my requests with a sense of urgency and courtesy that made the stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for access to transportation,
shopping and social activities.

Everything in the hotel was nice but on the second day we asked for room service but the staff ignored us and their croissants in the buffet were very dry.
And the hallways are very smelly and it’s the same for the elevator most of the times.

Simi at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded our room.
