Last Saturday we went for lunch. It was very busy with only a couple of waiting staff. However they did a great job! Can recommend the lasagna!

Food was well prepared and very tasty.
Our server Kully was very friendly and helpful, he even managed to get a smile from the pre-teen which is a skill in its own right.

Bella Italia’s tiramisu is the real deal—creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. The mascarpone is smooth and airy, the espresso-soaked sponge has just the right bitterness, and the cocoa dusting ties it all together. Not too sweet, not too heavy—just authentic, indulgent perfection. A must-try!

We had a lovely time at Bella. Italia birmingham. Our server, Marc, was excellent. We were on a tight timescale, as we were going to concert, but they delivered the food promptly. We really enjoyed ourselves

Excellent birthday meal out with a friend. Great staff especially Mark, lovely decor, reasonable prices, excellent Garlic Chili Prawns, Pizza and Coffee.

Absolutely terrible service, family booking waited ages to be served, waitress wasn't very professional and didn't listen to us. Food was bland and wasn't that great. I don't know how many times, we asked to have our starters removed. Wouldn't take our plates when finished, the waitress talked back to us and didn't explain the app or that children's meals were free on a Thursday either. It was very loud and the experience was terrible, would never go their

Never left a review on anything before but I’m shocked by what happened to me and my girlfriend at this place, we went yesterday on Valentine’s Day got seated, surprised there was a lot of empty tables, once we told them we had a gluten allergy the manager came out and said there was no tables, I looked around and said there was tables free literally everywhere, the manager refused to look at me and was very stern/inhospitable. I understand if they could not cater too her allergies we are very use too that but we were genuinely lied too (I saw the booking system on the way in I know there was tables cause I’ve used the booking system before).
My main concern is the hospitality and professionalism it was Valentine’s Day we had a table and were treated coldly, it was very wrong. Wagamamas was down the road and they catered to us well and the food was good.
The female blonde manager needs to go find happiness cause she’s an actual sad act.

Called in to the Bella Italia on New Street Birmingham on a Wednesday lunchtime. There was no wait for a table and we selected a window table to watch the passing parade.
Our server, MARC, was very attentive and look our drinks order without delay. Herself had a glass of white wine and I was on the water. Marc took a full jug of water to us.
She opted for sea bass and I had a Chicken Caesar Salad. Both were excellent. The sea bass came with potatoes. The Caesar salad had plenty of chicken.
Our waiter returned to our table several times to check on progress. He was also attentive to the other tables in his section.
The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend for a lunch in the city centre.
At busy times, it may be advisable to call ahead to make a booking.
Atmosphere was 4 star as it got a bit noisy towards the end of our stay.
