Went here last Saturday - the atmosphere was fabulous and the service was good, but, sadly that's where the good points end. There was no cloakroom so we literally had to sit on our coats, there were no chairs, only stools, so not ideal. There wasn't really much of a selection of food to choose from, ie, chicken burger or haloumi burger!! and it was actually awful. Prosecco was the worst ever, we actually tipped ours away. We were only allowed one jug of cocktails at a time so all had to have the same whether we wanted to or not, and the jug was mainly full of ice! We paid £55 each plus a booking fee on top and this had to be paid in full on booking. Definitely not worth the money, we were extremely disappointed and will certainly not be returning.

Whilst the service and atmosphere were good food and drinks were awful worst Prosecco we ever tasted . We were a party of four you all have to drink same cocktail not good when 2 of us like gin based cocktails and 2 didn’t but there was no way round it . Food was small plate with handful chips and burger on a bun . For £58 which I believe included a booking fee it was by far the worst and most expensive bottomless brunch I have had

When your looking for an amazing non judgemental night night gay straight or what ever they don’t care absolutely amazing so worth the money an if you get louie as your waiter the. You’re I. For a treat because he’s amazing! Enjoy ! Ask for louie 😊😊🌈🌈

Always a great time here, having been to Tonight Josephines several times now and it never disappoints. Huge shout out to Dre for always making us feel welcome whenever we attend. Keep up the good work!

I had a great time on Saturday. The staff were amazing. The service was 10/10 and overall the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I will definitely be visiting again!

Really really good night at tonight Josephine’s last Saturday! Team behind the bar were really engaging and very quick, didn’t wait more than 2 minutes, one of the bartenders (might have been a manager or supervisor) acknowledged almost everyone in front of him and would try to get everyone laughing while they waited. Zombie cocktail was really good! Wasn’t keen on the Toxic but an interesting drink regardless. Overall a good place to visit in Birmingham. Might have to book in a brunch with my friends soon!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Terrible experience on Saturday night that almost ruined our visit to Birmingham, when i was "asked" to leave because i politely told a very rude and pretentious bar tender that the whiskey sour (way too sour, actually bitter) didn't taste nice. His initial answer was: what you want me to do? Which i responded with could you change it or make it taste better. He simply said "No" and then "what are you gonna do about it?" Then i said if im not gonna get a better drink, then i should get a refund because that wasn't an acceptable £12 drink by any standard, i even told him that everybody makes mistakes and maybe he forgot something his answer was: "You can have that drink and then leave". From there it just went from bad to worse, he called the security guy who asked me to talk outside. I refused as i wanted to get my girlfriend who was sitting at a table and unaware this was happening. he started pushing me out and that's when a woman who i suspected worked there or was somehow related asked him to stop and calm down. By this point i was able to reach my partner and we left. My partner told me when the barman was making the drinks he told her she was lucky as she had the best barman making her drinks. I think his ego couldn't take a customer asking for their drink to be fixed. i am disgusted at how badly i was treated for requesting a change to my drink. Terrible experience and the attitude of both Bartender and Manager i suppose.

Wouldn’t recommend at all, we booked the mamma Mia bottomless brunch, it in fact wasn’t really bottomless & the worst one I’ve ever been to. Staff were very rude, no good customer service at all, no good welcoming or kindness from anyone but the manager, we didn’t feel welcome or comfortable the whole time being there. We had a table of 4 - 2 of us only liked 1 drink & the other 2 only liked the other drink so we asked for separate jugs so that none of us are without a drink whilst the 2 were finishing the one jug, they let us have it once but then told us no for the rest because of the alcohol in it (supposed to be a bottomless, no????) from that we were getting looks from the staff for the remainder. Food was just slid on the table, not passed & it wasn’t even great. Only thing that made the experience just about okay was the drag act on, complete waste of money & not a good experience in the slightest. I walked out of here completely sober because the drinks wasn’t flowing as they should with a bottomless.

Had an amazing time celebrating my friends 30th here. The entertainment was incredible, had us up dancing the whole time! The food was also delicious, as a veggie who usually finds veggie burgers boring, yours was absolutely delicious!! Louis/Louie our server was brilliant, explained everything well and kept us topped up on drinks the whole time. Thank you!

Do not pre book to attend here!! Myself and 14 colleagues booked for our xmas party but due to storm Darragh trains were cancelled and we were unable to attend. We had people travelling from Stafford, Shrewsbury, Cannock amongst other areas and travelling was impossible. We tried throughout the day via telephone and emails to make contact without any luck. I sent several emails in the days that followed and still have had zero response. We paid well over £600. We didn't want the money back we wanted to rearrange the date but it seems customer service is non existent once they've had your cash!

Came here for my sister’s 18th and she absolutely loved her first bottomless brunch. All the staff working there are brilliant and welcoming, the management team Sara and Cael are amazing. Donna is a amazing host and ensure everyone had a great time will definitely bring everyone here again 🫶

Went for NYE after reading good things and good reviews, but reality was a cramped space, with bad nightclub vibe. Music was way too loud (I appreciate volume and a vibe but it was seriously hard to talk to anyone at all). Music choice was hit and miss, more miss than hit, entertainment was pretty non existent, a couple of drag queens just walking around lol. The worst thing was that out of the 6 cocktails we tried, only 2 were any good, really odd considering its the same chain as dirty martini who have great drinks, and we watched bartenders make them and it all seemed fine, but they mostly tasted awful. Also no coat check, which is the simplest thing to set up, and entrance ‘hosts’ were kind of pointless, maybe realign your budget as you don’t need 6 people stood at the door.
I ‘should’ love this venue, but its just really poorly executed, at least the new years event was.

Was really looking forward to our mom's daughters night out, party of 6. On arrival was presented with poor seating and table: away from the middle of action; in a very cold area. On a positive note, we were pleasantly surprised after complaining to our table host and we we were subdequently moved to a great table. Drinks were refreshed constantly, with a variety of drink choices. The drag acts for the evening were great fun, interacting with people and very entertaining. The food on offer was very dissapointing, two choices of chicken or hallumi burger with chips. Instead of getting our orders we were presented with pre prepared plates with around 20 burgers on, being distributed by waiters. No cutlery or sauces were offered. We requested cutlery, server reported they were all out( no cutlery was visible on any table). We got on with our night enjoying drinks and entertainment. About 5 mins before acts finished their set, bouncers apoeared around the tables. We were shocked and surprised as soon as acts finished we were immediately told by bouncers to finish our drinks now. Waiters then came around removing all drinks, with no drink up time being given. Most of us went off to use toilets prior to leaving venue, but no sooner in the toilets male bouncers banged open doors to toilet area and told everyone to get out now.
Would happily see acts again but would not return to venue, overall very disappointing experience, overpriced, poor food and no effort given to ensure people had the best experience.

Edit 10/12/24 - Revisited and was served by a lovely gentleman. The lady on the door and the female security guard were also kind and welcoming. I’ve decided to go from 1 star to 3. The only reason for the other missing two stars is feel the drinks aren’t a good enough quality for the price and the menu could have more.
Just visited. Awful service, blonde later with glasses awfully rude no customer service skills at all. But what tops it off is that she made my drink and didn’t put ANY alcohol in, I was actually too intimidated to say anything. Atmosphere was great but awful bar service and drink sadly won’t be returning, especially as someone who has worked on a bar for over 5 years. *edit 4/11/24 the manger was very kind, and apologised sincerely. I will update my review upon my next visit.
