My wife ordered a ribeye, medium rare. The steak she was given didn’t have an ounce of fat marbling, and was closer to well done. I had the veal saltimboca, and it was also overcooked. Servers were changed part way through the service, and our second server smelled like a 1,000 year old ashtray.

One of my favorite restaurants. Glad they're back in town. The wait staff is always nice, the food is always good. If you want to treat yourself fet one of their signature cocktails, or shakes. They're absolutely decadent.

Vengo dall'Italia e la mia ragazza amica
che vive in Inghilterra mi ha portato qui. Questo posto non ha deluso! Posto molto bello dallo splendido ingresso alle adorabili personalità delle persone che lavorano qui. Il cibo era molto diverso dal cibo italiano americano a cui sono abituato, ma era davvero buono e sembrava più autentico. La presentazione è molto bella anche per il cibo e le bevande. Vorrei aver avuto appetito per provare il dessert qui dopo i pasti, ma forse torneremo prima della fine della mia visita.

Lovely busy, but not crowded restaurant, very beautiful decor, and well chosen background music, fantastic waiting staff, very attentive. Served delicious, fresh, and well presented food, starters, mains, and a very light dessert. I will very happily come back again.

All round beautiful experience! Il Salvador’s hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday celebrations and from start to finish the staff were attentive! The food was delicious and the cocktails were as spectacular as they look!

As a chef myself I appreciate the love and passion of cooking for others , just had an amazing meal at I L Salvatore and would highly recommend . We will definitely be returning .The veal salt in rica was cooked to perfection.

I’m from America and my boyfriend who’s living in England brought me here. This place did not disappoint! Very nice place from the gorgeous entrance to the lovely personalities of the people working here. The food was very different than the American Italian food I’m used to but it was really good and seemed more authentic. The presentation is very nice as well for the food and drinks. I wish I would’ve had the appetite to try dessert here after our meals but maybe we’ll be back before my visit is over.

Decided to try Il Salvatore for Anniversary meal and it was delightful. Welcoming on arrival and quickly seated. Decor tasteful and very clean, ambiance enhanced with Italian music playing in the background. The service just right, friendly and smiley. The food some of the best Italian we have had, flavourful, fresh, and came hot in a timely manner. It was busy with many tables filled on a Thursday evening so booking essential. Don’t hesitate to go! Thank you I’ll Salvatore for a lovely evening we will be back soon!

We have had two meals and two cocktails since Il Salvatore opened in Lakenheath. Everything is wonderful! The staff are great and the food is excellent. We have used the restaurant at lunchtime and love it. Il Salvatore is a beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Excellent. We dined in but did takeaway what was left as portions are generous.

Simply the best food you can find around!
And the cocktails are something else!!!! I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday,have a drink and a meal and everything was so delicious! The venue is gorgeous,clean,and the atmosphere is relaxing.I can’t wait to come back!I drove over an hour and I don’t regret it.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The service was impeccable and the waiter could not have been friendlier. The food came out quickly, even though it was quite busy and was piping hot. The gluten free pasta was amazing. It is very difficult to get good quality, great tasting gluten free food. I would highly recommend.

So glad that Il Salvatore has returned to the area. We recently visited for the first time since it returned, and it was fantastic. For starters, the service has always been outstanding. They truly care that their customers have a good experience, and it shows in their servers' attentiveness, strong knowledge of the food and drinks, and courtesy.
As for the food, it was superb. I always especially enjoyed the pizza, and this time I ordered the Burrata Pizza. Absolutely spectacular - maybe even better than before. The crust was baked to perfection. The prosciutto and rocket were fresh and tasty, and the burrata was a wonderful creamy addition that made this pizza truly remarkable.
Il Salvatore is well-known for its drinks, and I had a Raspberry Mojito. It was bold in flavor, refreshing, and had just the right amount of liquor. Very pleased.
As before, the prices are reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and service. We will definitely return.
