Came to the hotel for a 30th birthday. Food was excellent at the party. Very filling and warm.
Room spacious, clean and quiet.
Breakfast well worth the money and great choice. Julie was great explaining the options and showed us where everything was.
The only thing we found is the bar drinks are very expensive. Nearly £15 for 3 shots and £30 for two gin and lemonades!

During our stay at the Holiday Inn Brentwood, Asish has provided outstanding service. He was thoughtful and kind, consistently going above and beyond to make our experience special.
Yesterday, Asish served us drinks and offered to let us sample before purchasing, showcasing his attentiveness and thoughtfulness. His politeness made every interaction enjoyable, and his humor added a delightful touch to our conversations. Impressively, he is fluent in several languages, making guests from diverse backgrounds feel welcome.
Today, Asish once again demonstrated his exceptional service, confirming that his remarkable hospitality is no fluke.

Fantastic stay at Brentwood and have been here a few times whilst house hunting locally. The staff in the bar and restaurant are really friendly and helpful. Asish deserves a shout out for being a superstar.

Room 248 requires updating. Funky smell in room.
Staff are great.
Food was excellent (pizza). Host Asish was brilliant.
Great customer service overall.
Only given 1 star overall as I don't agree having to pay for parking if your are a paying guest. An extra £12 ontop of your room price.

Hotel is fine as long as your neighbour is quiet! Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy. Great location for travelers.
Avoid the restaurant, they over charge. Everything in the new York grill section clearly comes with fries as the menu is written, however they will charge you for them as a side.

I had the pleasure of being served by Asish during my stay at the Holiday Inn, and I must say his service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I sat down, he greeted me warmly with a genuine smile and made me feel truly welcome.
Asish was attentive to every detail, ensuring my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences, offered great menu suggestions, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. His professionalism, combined with a friendly demeanor, really stood out.
It’s rare to encounter someone as dedicated and courteous as Asish. He is a true asset to the Holiday Inn team, and I hope to be served by him again in the future. Thank you, Asish, for making my visit memorable!

Overall really disappointed the only reason we came to this hotel was because they had a spa, checked in no one told us the spa was currently out of use. And had no email to say it was not working

The customer service was great from the beginning to the end of my stay! The receptionists were really nice and helpful. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable.
