Note - the spiral stair is narrow, fairly dark, and you are likely to need to pass others on the way up or down.

Cabot Tower se situe dans le plus vieux parc de Bristol, Brandon Hill. L'accès au parc et à la tour est gratuit. Il vous faudra monter 109 marches pour avoir une sublime vue panoramique sur Bristol. Le parc est très beau, avec ses nombreux arbres et fleurs, son aire de jeux et surtout ses nombreux écureuils. C'est un de mes endroits préférés à Bristol !

It's not very accessible and the paths to get there are unsafe. When slippery there are not any handrails to grab on to and it's very steep. The views aren't great either, the town part is covered by trees

5 stars because we were very lucky to go up on a sunny, but cold, day the views were good all the way to Dundry. I do wish though that we could curb the infuriating disease of the worst elements of graffiti (tags, mindless scrawls etc..). It's a blight on a lot of Bristol, poor Stokes Croft! Gardens here are larger than I realised, a decent place to spend a couple of hours. By the way it's FREE entry. Steep climb to two different viewing levels and you come down the same way you go up so play nicely.

Torre de entrada gratuita con las mejores vistas de la ciudad en medio del parque mas alto de Bristol. Su nombre se debe a Giobanni Cabotto (John Cabot en inglés) , un marino italiano que se dedicó a conquistar tierras para los ingleses (Terranova o Groenlandia por ejemplo)

So Serene and quite. Must go if you love towers. There is a small waterfall kind of stream in front of it. My forever favorite place in Bristol.
