Drive through order , friendly order taker, unfortunately order was wrong, asked for grilled chicken wraps but when got home they were crispy. Hot though , food giver was not very interested in acknowledging customers at window, bare minimum customer service I would say.

It's obviously impossible to rate McDonalds at 5 stars but I had a top tier Philly Cheese steak here today. It was way more loaded with grilled onions and cheese sauce than any other joints I have tried. The chips were fresh and crispy too.

Can't fault the food. It's always hot and tastes as good as McDonald's can.
BUT
Sometimes you are made to wait a stupid amount of time for your food because they're focusing on the Uber orders. Our record so far is 34 minutes for a basic quarter pounder meal.
The customer service is diabolical. The staff are rude and always seem to want to pick a fight on the night shift.
The seating areas are always a mess and the toilets are grim.

So so bad with delivery’s they say they don’t have your delivery order and then it magically cancels after you phone them, and that’s if they pick up the phone!

Best double quarter pounder in a while. Vibed out listened to music, not particularly bothered. Spent my last fiver. Looks the part.

The food is fresh and delicious.
We went with the kids and were served by Summer who provided excellent service and was very polite. Will definitely be coming regularly from now on.

Click and collect order, a wrap missing, sauce on burger after saying no sauce and fizzy drinks flat.
