I came in december I thought the pool was heated. It seems not that much (impossible for me to go in the water) just a courageous woman was swimming. But she was the only one !

Icy even in the summer for me. Ok when you get going though. Unrefundable deposit for a locker which can only be paid for with a card is awful. I don't want to bring a card with me so I don't need a locker. Can just leave stuff

Lovely stroll along the riverbank, starting from Jesus Green. Feels so peaceful, even though it's only a few minutes' walk from the Round Church and busy shopping streets.

Good city centre park with lots of trees and river cam going through park , lots of places to sit and relax, there's a kiosk that sells ice creams and hot drinks as well if you wish opens definitely opens from march to October possibly more if weather is good

Lovely place for a swim on a hot sunny day as it's an unheated pool. The 100 yard (91 ish meters) length makes it a good challenge if you're used to a much shorter pool. Changing cubicles outside by the pool and lockers. It's a non refundable 50p for a locker token. You can only use the token once though so beware that! Nice benches, grass etc to sit and relax, read, chat, have a picnic etc. Small cafe onsite with hot and cold drinks and ice creams. There's another kiosk just outside the lido which seems to do a bigger range of food.
Did think the water smelt a bit more strongly of pool chemicals than I'm used to. Not too off putting though. Staff friendly and helpful and good value price for a swim.

Nice pool but very cold and the children’s float session only suitable for kids over 7. Not sufficiently advertised as such.

Peaceful wide open spaces in the city. Cafe, playground, skatepark, tennis courts.When we were there a superb jazz band was playing while we ate our picnic.
