Food was lovely, tasted fresh and was piping hot. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Service was fast we were seated immediately and didn’t have to wait long for our food.

Love the food and the atmosphere.
Never have we ever been unsatisfied with the food or the great staff members who always seem very happy.
The food is delicious and served well but importantly to its never very long .
We eat here atleast once a month as our treat and we will definitely be keeping this restaurant as our favourite pub to dine at

For the price portions were small. My meal was only just warm. Only having a voucher for 30% off, made the price tolerable. No Latte only normal coffee, at £2.75. Meal and discounted price was average, they need to improve to stay ahead ofvthe game in hospitality.
People are looking for exceptional standards at these high costs.

Lovely friendly greeting, meals were served after short wait, staff checked if all was OK. Puddings were gorgeous and staff acknowledged us when we left. Very nice experience.

A delicious gluten free roast Turkey dinner and chocolate fudge cake. The staff were very knowledgeable and Becky, our server checked with the kitchen as to what I could eat. My husband enjoyed a prawn cocktail starter, scampi for his main and then jam sponge pudding for his puddings and he enjoyed it all. Initially, at 1:15 the service was very quick but as the place got busier we found that we were waiting for our desserts but overall it was a very pleasant meal.

We had a really pleasant evening with a couple of close friends. Over four hours just disappeared in a flash but the steaks and the staff were very good, would recommend.

I went there with my family and the atmosphere was hostile..the level of racism in there was so high.from a customer across the table giving us condescending looks to the staff roaming around our table every few minute. I dine out every weekend with my family and we try out a lot of restaurants but I have never had this kind of experience anywhere else.

We had a truly fantastic dining experience at The New Hall Farm yesterday! From the moment me and my partner stepped inside, we were impressed by the wonderful ambiance – it created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The cocktails were absolutely excellent, expertly crafted and the food was delicious. Honestly, it was one of our best experiences in a long time. Very well done to the entire team at The New Hall Farm! We'll definitely be back soon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Staff were very helpful and polite however the pub was so cold everyone around us had their coats on eating including ourselves. The customers on the next table were even complaining how cold it was. When my wife's main came out it was also a chicken pie not cheese and leek which was a problem as she is vegetarian, however bar staff were helpful and changed it straight away and knocked 20 off the bill which was nice. Overall though I would say with everything overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.
