Another gorgeous carvery at Birchwood Farm today. Was served by Sophie who was so helpful and attentive. Had a good laugh with her as she served us even though she was very busy. Enjoyed our visit as always.

Ordered hunters chicken, chicken was tiny and hardly any sauce, chips abit soft, food only lukewarm, hubby enjoyed his pie but could of been better, service fast

Tried this place out with my daughters after purchasing a house around the corner. Really nice food which actually worked out the same price as a maccies delivery. Really enjoyed it and the staff were super friendly especially the tall one with no badge and Scarlet

Great experience, top notch food and thoroughly enjoyed our time in here. Was our first time and definitely won't be the last. Service was quick and pleasant. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. They really go all out to provide a memorable experience with them. Personal shout out to our waiter, Emma, who is a credit to the place and made us feel right at home, made us feel as though we'd been before and made us feel welcomed as if we were a regular of the restaurant. Was lovely to feel seen and appreciated and enjoyed our chit chat together. A real credit to the place. We'll be back again, with more of our family and friends to experience the joy we did. Happy dining!!

Went for a carvery today and everything was fab. The staff were all lovely, particularly Ian!! He was super friendly, warm and funny and nothing was too much trouble for him. The food was lovely too, all tasted fresh and was really nice. Strongly recommend the new cake they have!! Think it was a spring special but I can't remember the name 🙈

Had a beautiful carvery only let down were two pigs in blankets which sadly were incinerated. Will definitely go again but the extra £2 for the sausage won't be on my plate.Good service and lovely staff and the facilities were spotless

Went for dinner with my parents, they both ordered the carvery & I ordered the beer battered fish, we also decided to get a cake away as we were all too full after our main meal & didn't have any room for a pudding. We was served at the bar by a lovely member of staff called Laura who was very polite, welcoming & friendly. Food was lovely, area was clean & well lit, toilets were clean

We visited last night as a treat for my son (fantastic school report) we always get the carvery because it's the best. Yesterday unfortunately was not good, no Yorkshire puddings and had to wait over 10 minutes for gravy 🙁 while are food was going cold. We will be back as I do hope this was a one off.

Went with family for a Sunday carvery as it was my birthday. We often go through for the Sunday carvery as find it excellent value for money with a great selection of meats and veggies. We always book as it gets very busy. This time we had a dessert ( as it was a birthday celebration) and Ian who served us was absolutely brilliant ! Excellent service, good banter and definitely an asset to the birchwood team. Won’t post a photo of my 12 inch chocolate eclair dessert with two dollops of ice cream…but I’m sure you get the picture 🤭🎉

Me and partner took a trip to junction 32 and decided to eat here after what a lovely place member of staff who served us think her name was Sophie was so friendly and jolly a great member of your team so polite and making sure everything was OK used the toilets while there which was very clean and tidy we choose to have a carvery which was excellent and great choice and veg definitely be visiting again when we're over that way

Visited around a year ago and didn't think much to the food.
Been back today, had a carvery which was really nice, alot more selection of vegetables and the onion gravy was delicious.
Sophie was around on the restaurant floor and was very approachable and helpful.

Lovely meal at birchwood the enjoyable aroma of the carvery in the air along with the lovely choices cakeaway staff where friendly nice place to relax and eat before going to junction 32

Went for lunch on a Thursday. Ordered two mains and two sides. One meal came out 10 minutes before the other so to eat together one would have been cold. Forgot the sides, had to ask at bar, when the sides came out we had finished the meals. The waitress cleared dinner plates and left the sides on the table. Pastry on the pie undercooked. The crispy chicken and chips were greasy. Was offered a pudding to take away but never arrived.

The food and price is amazing. But it's not that kid friendly. The kid play area is only for ages 5 and under. Instead there is kids over 10 playing in the play area not caring about the little kids that play. Damaging the play equipment. Do not let your kids play in there if you care about their safety.

We've just visited for the third time in two weeks and we are always afforded incredible service.
This evening, we were lucky enough to chat with all of the staff on shift; Stacey, Callum, Tom, Dean, Travis, Ian, Joe, Sandra, Alfie and Donna.
Everyone is so personable, the carvery jas been top notch even later in the evening and nothing is too much trouble.
This is a team that really cares, and it shows. Thank you all for another brilliant meal!

Just been to Birchwood Farm, more by accident really went somewhere else first , but they were booked up so we went to Birchwood, am I glad we did, it was lovely, the food was Delicious, Tom the Chef was lovely & friendly & Carrie ( hope I spelt it right was really nice to talk to & brought us a doggy bag, which was much appreciated, The guy behind the bar, sorry did'nt get your name was lovely too, all in all a Great experience , with lovely food & Great Staff, we'll definately be back , Thank You 5*
