Clacton shopping village is a good place to have a little visit, get some cheap shoes, grab a cuppa and not worry about parking as there is loads of spaces across multiple carparks

The people for goodness sake. This is genuinely a pretty decent place, but the people... My good god. Do NOT bring your children around this place, the locals are absolutely vile, swearing loudly, vomiting in the streets, beer cans whilst walking down the road with their children and the consistent stench of cannabis is unbelievable. No manners, please and thank yous and just a vile attitude towards other people. No police presence and I don't blame them. "Homeless", or basically drug addicts spending hours in the cubicles of the toilets; but I have been told since that some Security has been added, who seem to check said Toilets.
Absolutely disgusting and will not be returning again, avoid like the plague, heed my warning this place is horrendous!
