Enjoyable family meal in relaxed restaurant. Quiet January weekday evening so atmosphere reflected that. Staff were welcoming and attentive and the Limoncello on the house to finish was a nice welcome touch.

Lovely welcome, service, food and pint of Peroni. Would happily go back. Went for the brusetta then pizza and wasn't disappointed.

We turned up with one other couple already seated. Has a good feel to it.
These guys are from Bologne and speak little English, but who cares. Our choices from the menu served up with attentive service and pride in the food. Authenticity guaranteed (I've been to Italy numerous times). Pasta dishes served hot and as good as we have ever experienced. Wine, a cheeky bottle of pinot didn't disappoint. Thank you for an enjoyable meal. See you again!

The food was cooked fresh. It tasted delicious authentic Italian food. The staff were lovely. Our first time their. We will be going many times as Italian is our favourite food. Excellent value for the money.

The food was delicious, with a good selection of pasta, pizza and risotto dishes. The service was prompt and friendly also. The place looks very nice inside. We dined at a quiet time of day (2pm), so difficult to judge the atmosphere per se, but the place looks lovely, and we enjoyed the look and feel of all the furnishings and tableware.

We went for a family meal and reading the reviews we were not hoping for much but we were very pleasantly surprised it was beautiful food and great service. We will definitely be going back

Food came out cold , for myself and a few others . Wrong food brought out. Mine was then heated so much it was burnt. Free veg and a free shot given. Service was good lovely young girl. No atmosphere there at all nothing christmassy. Sorry would not rush to go back.

Rustica really stands out with its delicious lasagna and creamy tiramisu. The comfortable and friendly service make it a great spot for a lovely Italian meal! It was really worth it 👌🏻

Do not recommend the new “Rustica Restaurant” in Congleton. It really was terrible. I do understand it is new and may have a few teething problems but nothing excuses it really.
The wine glasses are cheap and shoddy. The decor is half done and the toilets feel as though you’re in a swimming pool bathroom.
The waitress was a really sweet 16 year old girl who apologised the whole time, but it really wasn’t her fault at all.
I got brought my glass of Sauvignon Blanc with a lime wedge?? It tasted like nothing. Like it was full of water. Really strange.
The starter had the smallest sliver of bread I have ever seen in my life, I do wear glasses, but it hardly existed. But I have to say the starter was actually the best part of the meal. They brought the garlic bread out with the starters that was for the mains… and when I pointed this out the other waitress just kept repeating “garlic bread” and staring at me until the other young girl took it back.
The mains came out like ready meals. Salmon clearly frozen and the Spag Bol looked like a Morrisons ready meal, and no Parmesan. The garlic bread was nice to be fair. I found a piece of frozen salmon in the pasta which just put me off completely and made it inedible.
Another table of 8 left after the starters had been served. It was really disappointing. We came here following a review from the Sentinel but the reviewer must have been paid off for that or have no taste buds.
Every single table in there complained. The waitresses looked devastated. The young girl who waited on us was the only saving grace. She was really polite and could tell how gutted she was.
This place will be out of business in a weeks time. Avoid unless they pull their finger out.
Eating out is a luxury these days, don’t waste your money here.
