What’s the point staying there!!! Friend wake up, to his car been stolen 23 Jan 2023. They have no barriers and no safety l! Not even the first time this has happened. Please have extra safety in your car, if your stay with them!

It doesn't seem to be possible to suggest this as an edit on Google Maps, but parking is NOT free. It is £9 for 24 hours, which is expensive. Aside from that a nice enough hotel

Another great premier Inn. Big car park £9 overnight. Rooms were lovely and clean. Location is great with a few big stores a supermarket and KFC just around the corner and across the road loads of local shops and places to eat. Rooms really quiet considering the location is on a very busy main road. Great stay.

Recommended by a friend, we chose the Premier Inn Dagenham for our 3 nights stay, and I think it was a good choice. Worth the money for the room, it is not very expensive and our expectation did not fail. The lady from reception was helpful. Also, we had our room cleaned at our request every day. The room was clean and a good size. If you need to do some shops just walk a few minutes and do it. I can recommend now this hotel to my friends now.

The people obove our room were stomping and running around the whole day and night. Even after reporting this to the reception nothing changed. The room was very dirty and there were stains of the lamp, in the bathroom and the chair. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Nos quedamos satisfechos de la estancia, la habitación daba a una avenida bastante concluida de tráfico, pero está muy bien insonorizada y apenas escuchas el tráfico, hemos pasado 10 noches y todas menos dos hemos dormido muy bien la insonorización con las demás habitaciones es perfecta, solo me quejo de las dos noches que casi no podíamos dormir ya que los vecinos de habitación superior no paraban de caminar y este es el punto débil del hotel, ya que las pisadas se oyen y mucho, ese golpe seco que te despiertas, a esto le añadimos que los plafones de luz tienen un aro metálico que con cada golpe genera una vibración que parece un despertador. Quitando esas dos noches y una vez cambiaron los huéspedes de esa habitación, la estancia fue genial. Calidad precio ideal, el trato del personal correcto.

Shocking about i checked in your hotel my concern is to your reception and your housekeeping, one of the housekeeping knocking the door with opening straight away she didn’t wait until someone answering her knocking that time is 10 o’clock in the morning,and the check out is before 12 noon, i tried to complain in the reception area she said someone mistake to mark green color it’s means people inside is check out already

Room was very dusty but the big issue was from the receptionist and cleaner . Me and my girlfriend we have booking from 28 or 29 december . In 29 december around 10 am we was just woke up and we heard a knock knock to the door and the door was opened quickly without answer from us . My girlfriend make a hoooyy sound signal to let know the cleaner we are in the room. After 11 am when we went in reception for check out we report this issue , but the surprise was our room was mark with green and this meaning is the room was empty . Our check out was before 12 pm but that cleaner enter in the room 10 am . This issue is unacceptable . No excuse for the person who let the cleaner to enter in room

Van guys dont leave tools in vans in carpark behind hotel 7 vans broke into in one night including one parked in desabled bay right next to reception and all you get from reception is they advise you take items of value out of van a car got stolen outside of reception 2 days ago too

Has had a refurb nice and clean ans it's 10 miles from central have to pay £9 for parking but it is there. All the local.shops are there right next to it you can't go wrong for a weekend in london stay are helpfully.

Really lovely staff and a great, clean room. Very quiet even though next to a main road. They have a live-in cat who often suns himself in the reception window. We booked to stay for Comicon and would definitely stay here again.

Trades people avoid this one like the plague, vans are being targeted in the car park on a regular basis. Multiple vans broken into overnight on my stay common occurrence according to people I have spoken too since.

It is absolutely filthy environment.. Attitude of the receptionist are absolutely filthy. My room wasn't clean And then Attitude saying that it There was hair in the bed There Marks on the pillows Could have been lipstick could have been Toilet. It was an absolutely Horror experience

За първи път виждам през живота си стай с малки прозорци,който не се отварят. Влизаш в стаята и никакъв чист въздух от никъде. Иначе стаите са чисти,подредени има климатик голям плазмен телевизор, кафе,чай. Имат възможност за закуска,обяд и вечеря. Много любезен персонал

Typical low-budget hotel with on site Brewers Fayre restaurant. Good location off A13 next to ASDA Dagenham. Car park (pay for) parking.

This was for a nights stay for work, I arrived on site and was told for a cheaper rate to book online, it was a bit of a pain when I was tired with bags and just wanted to get a room and relaxed. Room booked, as I checked i told then i had a car. I given a token that I would scan on a machine at the end of my stay, there was parking available, thought i will cost you £9 for a night. I didn't eat whilst i was there, though there was a restaurant next door to the hotel, they would do break lunch and dinner. you would have the leave the hotel to get to it, though it is a stone throw away from the hotel. Staff where friendly. Highly recommend for work stays

I often travel for work and our company co-operates with Premierinn like many others. So this hotel in particular is only used for corporate clients. If you're a regular visitor to the city, I recommend staying in a premierin not far from here towards London. Here's why: it's not the first time I've had a room in this condition. The ventilation in the room doesn't work, so I can't sleep and have a very bad headache in the morning. The air conditioning works, but the room stinks horribly afterwards. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work so the steam just stays in the room. The towel holder in the bathroom is all rusty. The room looked as if there had been fighting in the room, traces of these battles are visible on the walls and carpet. The light bulb in the bedside lamp was changed but only halfway - they takeoff the old one but did not put in the new one. The TV automatically switches on at around 1pm - as the girl at reception told me - no one can fix this problem because the TV has a password. Good things- people who work in.

Family rooms were big which was a nice surprise, clean and worked pretty well. There is a train station nearby to get connected to the tube so was good, asda nearby 2 min walk. Car park was a worry from reviews, but rest assure plenty of cameras and due to nearby development of buildings feel reassuring that it was secure. Its London so always gotta be vigilant. Fairly new building so did not feel dated.

The room was clean & comfortable however the English breakfast was very poor. Not enough hot items cooked & the buffet was only half stocked. Only 1 coffee machine switched on. The restaurant needs a manager to ensure cooked foods are cooked quick enough, to ensure a complete buffet.
