I recently visited on a Saturday lunch time. Book a table as it gets busy! I went for a wood fired pizza (half Iowa half vegas) 3 prawns is kinda tight for a pizza this size but never mind. The pizza was a little ‘overdone’ for me too unfortunately. The edges were really crispy but some people like it like that I guess. The pit burger was really good. The chips were chunky and delicious. The onion rings are MASSIVE and good value. You can order quickly on the app which is handy.
Overall a good value for money tasty gastro pub.
Parking is a problem. It’s no where near enough parking for the size of the restaurant. I saw a lady park and then cross the road to a hairdressers.
Bulls head, maybe charge £5/10 for parking and take it off the bill to stop it being used for other local businesses? (If it’s solely a bulls head car park that is!?)

We went as a post-Valentines date and sat upstairs. It was lovely although super busy, as expected.
The service was immaculate, I wish I could remember the servers name :( but she was absolutely fab!
We love the Chilled Pubs as food always pleases and atmosphere is always top tier.

Our first visit and it won’t be our last. It’s one of the most enjoyable meals we’ve experienced. The menu has something for everyone and all the staff were very friendly and happy. The food was delicious. Fantastic place.

One of the best pub/restaurant in the area. Warm welcome, staff found us a table big enough, easy to order drinks via the app where you also gain points which convert into £s. Elliot was smiley, friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back to eat next time as the food that I saw looked amazing.

Booked today with family for my Birthday and as always all was fabulous. Food great & staff amazing & interacted with our grandson which he loved I think it’s his favourite place & he’s only 3 years old. Look after your staff they are a credit to your business x
