After a disastrous last visit we went back. We had to wait a couple of minutes for a table to be cleared (about 4 tables were finishing). I ordered the food, made the payment, grabbed the drinks plates cutlery nspkins, other sauces and within 5 minutes the food arrived at the table. Such a nice contrast to last time!

They make you wait for a table for ages even though there are all these empty tables waiting to be cleaned - we had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes whilst all these empty tables sat there with dirty plates etc. I think they are understaffed and are therefore making customers wait to stagger the flow of orders.

If you're looking to have a quiet lunch/dinner over the weekend pick your times carefully as this branch is usually full with large family's with small children so it can be a bit chaotic and loud. But if you're going with your kids you'll have a whale 🐳 of a time, staff a great and always hardworking at Feltham.

Food was nice (standard as expected for Nando’s) but service was not as warm and friendly as expected. No one came to take the order and when we asked glasses for water we were given less than the number of people on the table.

I can’t recommend this Nando’s enough! The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and incredibly satisfying. I had two burgers followed by a butterfly chicken, and every bite was absolutely delicious.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service. The waiters went above and beyond, ensuring everything was just right. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made the visit truly memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the staff are equally fantastic.

Got a delivery and tried to call to ask for well done wings but no answer for 20mins. When the wings arrived I had to cook them myself as they were more boiled then grilled. I paid a service charge to cook my own food

I can’t recommend this Nandos highly enough! The food was absolutely stellar—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight!
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the service. Daniel and Skye went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care made the visit unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people are equally amazing.
