I went to the arcade on the 1st February when I went to get stuff from the ticket shop a man said I could go in front because he was just looking and staff told me to get to the back and I spent 15 pound and only got 240 tickets

Don’t visit for food ever! Where do I start with this review!!?
1. Over charged at the bar
2. Soft drink wasn’t even bother been made. Had to ask another member of staff where it was!
3. Third drink didn’t even arrive.
4. Waited ages for food!
5. Wrong food brought to table
6. How do they get a burger mixed up with a pizza!
7. No apologise for nothing!
8. Don’t visit. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
9. Over priced processed crap!

You need to update your payment security for online transactions. I have 3 credit cards with over £5000 on each and every one was denied for payment on your website because my card issuers says that it's your online payment security is poor.

Food and drink are spot on but ordering on the app is pointless…. Watched the girl with long ginger hair stand and chat for ages before making my drink. When bringing it over she just slammed it down like I was an inconvenience. I’d rather go elsewhere

We had a kids birthday party here recently and it was great value and very easy! Bowling, dodgems, food, arcade tokens and party bags. All the kids left very happy and we were stress free. Well worth it, thank you Jodie for looking after us!

Usually enjoy coming here but there's been a couple times where the machine has not produced tickets. I've told the employees who work there about this. Then some bloke who was absolutely miserable both times and arsey about it came to sort it. Not sure what his issue is but in a place where people come to have fun how about being nice?

This softplay was used to be nice, but since they stop offering Wi-Fi, and is the outside of Metrocentre’s Wifi, which means the waiting time during my kids playing became awful and painful. I’ll not come again. Besides, noises from game machines are too loud. I couldn’t hear my daughter’s voice at all. This noise level is not safty to let kids play.

Great fun place! friendly, helpful team. machine changes quite regular, thus the chance of getting bored's reduced. Reasonable charges.
