I had a chicken rap and within 1 hour of eating i got a sever pain in my stomach and then i got diarrhea, the women behind the counter has 0 customer service, very rude.

First time at Tim Hortons - had an omelette with a latte. Due to having to wait a little longer than expected I got some extras even though I didn't express any distress.

If you needed anymore proof that Canada is superior to the USA, then here it is. Great food, great coffee and very reasonably priced.

I'm not sure what has happened to the coffee, but it was the only thing they had right. Food is pretty bland, but their coffee was the best in Gloucester, until recently where it seems to have changed and is now disgusting

Tim Hortons is decent for a quick coffee and snack, but it can be hit or miss. The coffee is okay, but not always consistent. Some locations have slow service, and the food quality varies. It’s good in a pinch, but not my first choice for great coffee or meals.

Shockingly bad and slow service, got one of our orders wrong and forgot it.
Coffee tastes like waste sewage water.

Poor service, waited over 25 mins for 2 burgers and 2 doughnuts when the place was empty. Rude and uninterested staff would not recommend or return.

The staff are always polite. Everytime I go in, there is always someone cleaning no matter how busy or quite making sure it's up to standard. I have never had any problems with the doughnuts but can't rate anything else as that's all I go in for.
