Was very impressed with this Harvester.
food was spot on as well as drinks, we was served by keira who was brilliant, polite and knew exactly what she was doing, she explained as soon as we was sat, the few things that were not in stock with the biggest apologies and helped us with load our discount code after our meal (which for the life of me i could not find again). food, drinks and service was the best!
Would recommend to anyone, 5 star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Terrible experience.
Dinner came out at different times with things missing.Food overcooked.My wife waited 15 mins longer than the rest of us.
We live fairly far a way from each other and met somewhere in the middle .Won't be going back.

I had a migraine and threw up a lot in the toilets, and the staff were really nice about it, im so grateful to the lady that we spoke to for not making me feel worse about the mess id made

We've always enjoyed dining here, so I'm hoping this was just an off night. The restaurant was packed, and it was clear they were severely understaffed. We waited 30 minutes just to be seated, with a line of people stretching out the door. The lone staff member at the front was juggling multiple roles – bartender, host, and table cleaner – and clearly rushed off their feet.
Once seated, the service was prompt and we received our glasses and salad bowls, which we appreciated. The salad bar and refills as always, is a highlight for the kids. Our food arrived in a reasonable time based on how busy it was, and two of our three meals were good. Unfortunately, the kids' burger was overcooked and curled up round the sides. The staff were very apologetic and kindly removed it from the bill without hesitation. You could clearly see the staff were doing their best in a difficult situation. Recommendation, if the restaurant is short-staffed....it happens from time to time, they should really adjust their online booking system to avoid overcommitting, causing service levels to reduce. I mention this as most people queuing to get in had pre-booked online.

Food very good only complaint was we didnt have time to sit down and the waitress was asking what drinks we were having never even got my coat off the first 10 15 mins it was rushed never had a problem with our regular one

What a disappointing meal there was 5 in our group my grandsons birthday he ordered chicken strips came out cold sent them back asked for fish fingers instead. Waited around 35 to 40 minutes. Three of us had chicken half way through our meal found chicken was pink and some had blood near the bone my husband sent his back when returned not much difference we asked to speak to management. Manager told us that chicken will be pink near the bone when it's cooked I've never heard anything so ridiculous if everyone ate chicken like that their wouldn't be many people left l Think this Manager should do some food training what a disaster evening wouldn't come back to grays harvester C Alexander

When we arrived the manager couldn't find us on the booking and moved a few table together to get us in, we ordered 2 original combos, half a chicken, burger and a kids chicken strips, when it finally arrived the chicken strips were stone cold and all 3 chicken meals were pink on the inside and we could see blood on the chicken, we asked to have the kids meal changed to fish fingers because after tasting the cold chicken my son didn't want it as it put him off and we sent the worst of the chicken meals back, after about 20 minutes the chicken meal came back and all they had done was put the chicken on the grill for a short while on one side but the other side was still pink and covered in blood, we asked where the children's meal was and they said it wouldn't be long, the rest of us continued eating what we could around the blood parts of the chicken while my son sat there waiting and waiting for his meal, his meal arrived about 30 minutes later and he had to sit and eat alone while we watched, (this meal was a special birthday treat for my 9 year old son and it was ruined), we also asked for a drink while we were eating, my dad wanted a doom bar and was told that they had sold out, if they had told us when he ordered his first drink that there wasn't any more he would of picked a different drink, when the waitress came to us we asked to speak to the manager who then came over about 10 minutes later and when we said about the chicken being under cooked he reply was it has probed and is 60 degrees, I have worked with food for a long time and I know chicken is under cooked at 60 degrees and should be over 70 degrees and the manager just kept saying that there is always blood on chicken when it is next to the bone and it was like he was bluffing he way through and didn't know what he was talking about as he knows nothing about the cooking of the food that he sells, when we said what is he going to do abut the meal he said he would take the meal off the bill that was taken back but wouldn't do anything as we didn't send them back even though we had hardly touched the chicken, I also asked about the lack of doom bar and he replied that they had been very busy with the 50% deal and it wasn't his fault but when I said that if you know you have a big promotion going then why don't you order extra and he said he he didn't know he was going to be busy, maybe you should give your managers some training in the actual food preparation and cooking before letting them run one of your tests they know what they are talking about, I used to enjoy going to thus rest but I won't bother in future

The food here is always at a fantastic standard and the same is said for the service from Tarryn who goes out of her way to smile and have a good laugh with you. We will continue to visit and enjoy a brilliant meal with a warm atmosphere. Thank you all at Harvester!

Our waitress was Tarryn was a really friendly lovely person grateful value to the company , food was nice steak was cooked to perfection highy recommended as was the burger well definitely be returning
