So relaxed ❤️ great staff, and the food was fab! The atmosphere was so relaxed - we were a couple but there were families, walkers, older/younger couples, kids and dogs. The cheese board was my highlight

Stopped for Lunch, how glad we were. The service and food was first class and the view close to Hadrian's Wall were outstanding. Big + On site Brewery.

Went out for food with my wife, food was amazing, I had maximus burger, wife had, the big piggy burger, deserts were sticky toffee pudding, everything was spot on, the lasses in the restaurant work really hard, and very polite and friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed. Would highly recommend a visit.

You wouldn't want to know that the food is out of this world, in restaurant or cozy bar.
That the staff are all lovely, friendly, professional and service is fast.
Nope!

We had a lovely time, combined with an astrophotography evening. Food was excellent and the staff were so friendly- nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless with an amazing view. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Wonderful inn with incredible views over the hills in Northumberland National Park, close to Hadrian's Wall. Rooms were extremely clean, nicely decorated, with modern, clean bathrooms and good showers. Probably our favourite place on Hadrian's Wall. The food was excellent and we drank Twice Brewed ale by the roaring fire. Great breakfast and lovely staff, particularly Susan.

We love it here, mainly for the underrated tap room, the beer is fantastic, the brewery Staff.are passionate and we love the little snug area by the fire. The Pub is also great and the food is superb. Cant wait to visit again in the near future

Nice dog friendly pub and brewery! Came for dinner after a walk so was nice to go somewhere we could bring the dog. Service was quick and food was yummy, little bit expensive but to be expected in the area. No good vegan options and limited vegetarian, I went for meatless roast which was quite expensive at £13, barely cheaper than a meat roast so that was disappointing. But food made up for it, service was quick and food was yummy. My friends has the burgers and a meat roast and loved so perfect Sunday lunch pub after a walk at Sycamore Gap

Siamo stati molto bene, il servizio è stato impeccabile e tutto lo staff è riuscito a dessere a disposizione della totalità dei tavoli. Ampia gamma di birre e spiriti, buono il menù. Il locale è vicinissimo al bivio che porta al forte romano di Vindolanda, pertanto in alta stagione turistica può darsi che sia difficile trovare posto sia a tavola che nel parcheggio adiacente, consiglierei dunque di prenotare per tempo. Un saluto particolare a Sienna dai quattro clienti di...Siena!

A Great brewery/pub in a picturesque location with very tasty own brewed beers! Staff are very attentive and friendly and my husband and I and our dog Ralph had a lovely couple hours here en route home from the Lake District. Would defo recommend!

If you like your Ale then i would recommend a visit we didn't eat so unable to comment on food except to say it looked good. The staff were very friendly and it was spotlessly clean. Fair size car park with parking metres.

Booked the stargaze and slumber experience and this was a fab way to spend a Saturday evening in January!
The room we stayed in was very clean and cosy. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had forgotten a phone charger so they allowed us to use a one they had behind reception which we greatly appreciated!
The evening meal was delicious, I had the steak and ale pie and my partner had the maximus burger which was incredible.
The beer selection is also good except its such a shame they don't have the same selection in the pub bar as they do in the tap room.
We had a lovely experience in the tap room where Nick really looked after us and provided all the knowledge around all the beers, we also got to try so many different ones.
Also perfect location for Hadrian's Wall walks.
Highly recommend!
