Great tour, very knowledgeable guide. The museum bikes are great. Allow 4 hours at least to see all.

We did the full factory tour. Absolutely awesome. Seems expensive, but actually very good value for money.

Well worth a visit. Looking round the exhibit is free and there is a nice cafe. Enjoyed the factory tour, which is the bit you pay for. Interesting and informative. We had a 2.00 tour on a Friday afternoon. I enquired when I booked if anyone would be working on the production lines and was told they didn't know from one tour to the next. Enjoying a coffee in the cafe after looking round the exhibit at around 1.00 Friday afternoon, when we noticed lots of the workforce leaving. Pity. A great tour, but would have liked to have seen painting and bike building going on, rather than an empty factory. Mentioned this to an employee and he replied that they always close early on a Friday. Well worth a visit, but probably wouldn't book Friday afternoon if you want to see the factory in action.

Had a great day today at Triumph, the factory tour was excellent, our guide Pete was informative and friendly, he certainly knew his stuff about the Triumph history and where the brand was going in the future. Always interesting to listen to and the time went so quickly, the shop and museum are well worth the visit, great coffee and cake. Would highly recommend booking the tour ,
