Very cute place, we had a nice afternoon there - celebrating a bridal shower. The only thing for me was not too much of vegetarian options and the hash brown wasn't cooked but other than that it was good

After not having any time to eat since breakfast and travelling all day from Scotland and most places closed by 9.30 or 10, this was a real treat.
The staff were so nice and the food was amazing.
I recommend the Ultimate Club chicken and avacado sandwich which is deep and filling.
For dessert of course the Belgium chocolate waffle, Strawberries and ice cream.
Will definitely return, a big thankyou to all the staff and the chef for making our after Aespa concert late dinner so yummy!

The place is beautiful and very Instagram-friendly, perfect for capturing great photos. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We visited to celebrate a birthday but weren’t allowed to sit upstairs unless we spent £40, which felt unfair. We ended up ordering more than we wanted just to meet the requirement. The sandwiches were average, but the chocolate waffles were absolutely delicious. Sadly, the overall experience left us not wanting to return.

Had a bad experience with the staff, they r unprofessional & unwelcoming & rude with customers, i asked for seat to a lady staff she didn’t reply anything like she dont care, had to ask many time for menu, they don’t bother if u are served or not, We finished food right after 1 minute or leas they came with a rude attitude saying you need to leave, that was very disrespectful & rude no doubt. it ruined everything else that was meant to be a good experience where u r pushed right away after food! it was a great waste of our day & time,
dont recommend will never waste money there!

Food was absolutely delicious but the service was appalling - we were told we could only have the table for 45minutes when we first arrived, which wasn't a problem, however it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to take our order. And then a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and another 5 minutes before we got our drinks! We were made to feel like an inconvenience by the server the whole time we were there. There was also absolutely no customer service to speak of, no apology for the wait to order or for the wait for food, not even a smile or friendly interaction. Massive shame as the food was actually really good when it finally arrived but not enough to make up for the bad service - wouldn't recommend and won't be returning unfortunately.

the service in this place is ridiculous, we were only a few minutes late and were greeted by the most disrespectful ‘oh my god’ when explaining we have a reservation, which the woman then followed on by saying she gave our table away, knowing it was reserved. we called ahead to let them know we would be running late too so there was no disrespect on our behalf. none of the staff other than the manager were nice to us, everybody looked miserable and like they didn’t want to do their jobs.
we waited ages for our food, as in 30+ minutes and the woman taking our order did not even write down what we wanted even though there were 4 of us ordering multiple things. this caused her to get it completely wrong, missing out one of my items and messing up my friends order entirely, to which we then had to wait another long time for her to get the right food. the staff were just overall bad vibes and the customer service was ridiculous.
in terms of the food, it was mid at best. extremely overpriced for the shallow amount of cookie dough you get and not to mention it was overpoweringly sweet.
overall quite a disappointment especially considering this was for my 18th birthday. wouldn’t recommend nor come again.

went here today for a friends birthday, the first thing i want to say is this place does not have good customer service. when we arrived, we was a few minutes late- we got told that because of this the lady GAVE OUR TABLE AWAY? i understand in other circumstances this would possibly be ‘acceptable’ but bear in mind we had a reservation.
she told us to come back in around 15 minutes or when she could get a table she would ring us. we eventually got a call saying they had a free table- when we sat down, everything was fine until we ordered our food, we all ordered milkshakes to start off with. 3 out of 4 came out and we had to wait for the 4th one for over 5 minutes, then our food came out🤣 they mixed up my order and gave me something completely different. the only thing i can say it that if you’re wanting to have diabetes then you should definitely get the cookie dough (i get it it’s a dessert place) but still not good. when we got the bill, they added an extra £7.80 for service charge when the staff were very unfriendly towards us, there was not one smile in sight. my friend also ordered chocolate covered strawberries which she never received. the only good thing about our experience at haute dolci was the manager, he was really sweet unlike his employees.

I’ve been several times and it has always been a lovely experience. The desserts are delicious and service is really lovely. The waiters really pay attention to their customers.
