Really like this pub. We did the quiz. Good fun,
but even after a few weeks of microphone issues they still haven't fixed it. Do they think it'll repair itself?

The food was delicious, I can’t recommend the belly pork highly enough, absolutely melted in the mouth. My husband had the chicken schnitzel and said it was equally delicious. All compliments to chef Jason. Server Dan was the perfect amount of attentive, there when you wanted him and very friendly. The cocktails were also great, particularly the smoked pineapple mezcalita. It was our first time dining here and we’ll definitely be back. Only 4/5 stars on the atmosphere as we were sharing the room with a large and very loud group that made conversation difficult but that’s not the venue’s fault.

Just over the river from lower briggate near the site of the former Tetley brewery and now city green space.

I visited The Adelphi a couple of weeks with my partner. Jada served us and was such a delight. She made us feel welcomed, and provided some recommendations which were surprisingly good! We can’t wait to come back soon!

Lovely pub, always come here for a pint and always served by a gentlemen Blake. Always a good laugh. Just wish they would bring back the big cow!
