Absolute joke.
Ruined my friends 40th birthday.
She Visited the venue in person showed the room upstairs and booked this in person.
Arrived on the day and the booking was not showing.
Even though deposit was paid.
The door staff were so rude.
Shoved 40 of us in the back of the bar.
Will never be going again

They ruined my friends 40th birthday by double booking the private area, and then forcing us out by deciding to provide it to the other guest with a bigger bar tab. No compensation or alternative plan, and management were rude and entitled

Always great night when we come here with friends, staff is very friendly, security are very polite. Excellent speed of service even when the bar is super busy. Recommend to everyone.

Been there many times and never been dissapointed. Fantastic service, superb cocktails, very attentive staff. One of the best bars 🍸 in Soho. Didn't try food yet, but saw on next table and it looks yummy 😋

Avoid this spot, so average. Friend booked the upstairs section for her 40th with a tab. They double booked - on arrival they had nothing. Staff knew nothing about booking and allocated a little section at the back for her. But the bar was so rammed you couldn't move. No ventilation either. So many other better spots around Soho. Don't waste your time..

I give 0 RATE . I made a booking , I couldn't make it, I tried cancelling, I contacted no one answered the phone call . I sent an email , but there was no reply . I pay 25 pounds for a reservation of 3 15 minutes to hold the table . I tried contact to discuss as say on the email, but no reply either. I phone today just to tell me , I'm not allowed to refund . Mean they had 25 pounds for 15 minutes table reservations . Even though I tried to contact them . I feel robbed. And sure, more people feel the same . I don't think it is right . Patricia
