Nice place but not for winter (we visited end of February). We didn’t see animals and entrance was rather pricy 😰 I feel like they should have a warning about that in the website or by the entrance.
I don’t think we will return.

The only thing I would like to comment about is they is no signs telling you where the zoo is once you get too the park would be helpful

We went today and did the zoo keeper experience with James and Rosie. It was absolutely amazing! The kids had a great time feeding the goats, otters and armadillos. It was definitely worth the cost, esp when it goes towards helping such a lovely place do their great work. James (the pokemon dude) and Rosie were very kind and knowledgeable. It is a small ish place but we knew that anyway and choose it over the bigger commercial zoo. Would recommend x

Nice place to visit for a few hours. Not a massively large selection of creatures but enough to keep you satisfied and interested. The creatures all looked well looked after. Besides the animals they also have a children's play area, a cafe and gift shop. The entry price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed the visit.

Awesome little zoo with a large variety of animals for its size and on a great mission to conserve endagered species. The staff is very nice and extremely knowledgable, we learned so much! The playgrounds are also very lovely, with a real fire truck, tractor and helicopter. With the railcard 2 for 1 offer the price was great, too.

Small, nice zoo for younger children and short day out. The staff are helpful and when the weather is better many more activities are available on-site.

Fun and playful little zoo specially for kids as it has many playgrounds and interactive games.

We visited this zoo with family.
It is a children's playground with a few beautiful animals in residence.
It is a beautiful experience for the family. It is not a large enough zoo.
It is kept in a very tidy state of affairs. We went on a very cold day and every time we needed to wash our hands there was warm water.
Even their restrooms are maintained to a decent enough level of cleanliness.
The animals look well looked after.
We experienced the otter feeding and loved the commentary about the otter lives.
All in all a great couple of hours of playing expe for our little one.
They could improve the café.

Very much a children's zoo, not the broadest range of animals but what is there is fun. Good play equipment for the under 7s.

It was above my expectations! Even though it doesn't have many animals, the ones they have are easy to find and the playground area is big and very nice! It could entertain my 5 years old boy for the whole afternoon. It's worth a visit!

It does what it says on the tin, kids love it. A relatively small selection of animals but plenty to keep kids entertained and a good play area with a fire engine and helicopter.
