Reserve a three course lunch on weekend with live music. Live performance is superb and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff are friendly and accommodate my last minute request to have a happy birthday on my friend’s dessert plate .

Spent a Friday night here in the Hine Bar with 5 friends.
Food was absolutely amazing.
Staff including door staff were first class, our waitress was extremely attentive and ready to help.
Atmosphere was terrific after dinner we spent the night dancing in the bar area with everyone else! Incredible night x

EDIT: We were at Boisdale's again at the Odyssey gig Feb 2025. The young lady serving our table, that we'd not seen before was extraordinarily good. Even the regular lady serving drinks had a smile for the customers! WELL DONE!
Junk the "Artisan" brand mixers and start serving Fevertree and you have nailed it!
Great Bar spoilt by cr@ppy mixers. Average food, staff mostly un-engaging. Poor acoustics (live bands).
Poor value for money.

We visited Boisdale on Saturday evening as a group of four ladies celebrating a birthday. The ambiance & service was fantastic - I would say 5 stars but unfortunately, the singers’ sound quality wasn’t great—we could barely hear the lyrics.
We only went for the music and didn’t dine there, but after speaking to a few other guests, we learned that many were return visitors who praised the food.
As it was our first time visiting, we’re not sure if the sound issue was a one-off, but we’re looking forward to coming back to experience both the food and entertainment.

Went for someone’s 58th birthday party food lovely the waitress absolutely amazing, but I thought a bit of a cheek someone’s brought a birthday cake into a venue and you want to charge them £7 a slice for their own cake that they’ve brought in, I’ve been to top restaurants for birthday parties and never heard of them paying for there own cake.
Plus the bar had a Shortage of bar staff and no order in serving the people who are waiting, Waited over half an hour for a drink.
Would good again but with out a cake or have cake on car park. The dj’s was amazing too.

Absolutely fantastic venue . We went to see Odyssey on a Thursday night and it was incredible . As soon as you arrive you are greeted by some wonderful staff at the door and there was a lovely lady in the small cloakroom area by the entrance . I wish I had taken her name down . She was so happy and positive .
We had dinner at the venue which was lovely and we had a wonderful member of staff who looked after us . His name is Avi and he was so polite , so kind and so good at his job . He’s a huge credit to the venue and I really hope management praise him for his hard work .
The music was just great and what a fantastic night out at a very classy venue .

Boisdale Canary Wharf offers a pleasant dining experience.
- The lobster was well-prepared, though a half portion may prove insufficient for some diners.
- The fish fritters were adequate, but could benefit from a greater quantity of fish.
- The cocktail selection is extensive, and the classic Pornstar Martini was executed well.
The restaurant boasts a comprehensive wine list, catering to diverse preferences. Live music commences at 9 pm, adding to the ambiance.
A separate charge applies for the music, which is detailed on their website. In our instance, the charge was reduced after a discussion with the management - as we were not made aware of the extra.charge in advance of the music being started whilst we were still dining.
Overall, Boisdale Canary Wharf provides a solid culinary and beverage experience, enhanced by live entertainment.

I came here for a live music event and it didn't disappoint. Having carpet on the floor really helps with the acoustics. We were a group and the staff looked after us well

1 star- boisdale canary wharf
Our dinner crew has been members of boisdale of Belgravia for the last year and it has been nothing but a total pleasure. The service is incredible, food is amazing, and the atmosphere has always been excellent.
Boisdale at canary wharf is a different story:
-Awful service (refused to charge my phone)
-Told us not to speak during the live music (this is not a theatre, it is a restaurant)
-staff admitted to us that this restaurant is significantly sub par compared to the Belgravia location.
Overall, boisedale canary wharf is not even remotely in the same league as their flagship location. It is a completely different restaurant and one that is not worth going to.

I been to this place twice however every other time l have dressed up and made an effort to get in the security says it's full yet you can clearly see it is not full. It's very disappointing and won't return. I booked a table upstairs for the rubbish live show and decided to go dance a bit downstairs yet again the security said it full. It clearly was not full. Don't waste your time leaving home to get told its full.

Security completely ruined it unfortunately. I spent 300 pounds on a 3 course meal but it wasn’t enough when I requested to see my partner in the smoking area. After a lot of talking and arguing I was ruffled to the floor. All I wanted to do was se my partner. It was supposed to be a relaxing valentines meal but instead I was criminalised. I want my money back. The whole experience was tarnished by the unnecessary violence and lack of common sense on the door of Boisdale. Stop hiring idiots. All I wanted to do was see my girlfriend but instead I was physically abused

What a venue and what a night!
I’m on the mailing list for this place and have always been meaning to go. I went with my family and friends and had a great night. The place itself is amazing. Great decor, friendly staff, and very attentive staff. Helped me order the correct food despite my food allergies. The cocktails were great and fairly priced considering the event which was on. I was happy with my food and some of my friends. Although one of my friends who ordered the jerk chicken said that it needed improving, and my wife didn’t enjoy her burger or starter. I really enjoyed my food. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the chips were great too. The music and the event was great also, and would definitely recommend the venue and the overall night if you want an authentic experience.

Love the atmosphere here! However, the food was well presented but very bland for West Indian cuisine. The service was very slow and disorganised. We also booked and paid in advance, our drinks were not included and everyone who bought a drink paid a service charge on top. Then at the end of dinner we were presented with a substantial bill, we were told it was the service charge for our meal. It was 15%! I will definitely visit this place again, but not for dinner.

Terrible service, terrible customer service!! I will never eat this place again!! restaurant was empty on a Saturday that says everything about this place. food looks disgusting, dude worked there for two days didn't have any idea what is going on. management look clueless. The atmosphere looks like I was in a funeral so dead. I made reservation paid £59, been told over the phone that the 3 course meal including in that price, on arrival that was not the case. Bunch of liars!!!

What a treat! The service was fantastic and the musicians were incredible. You can't miss the experience. And if you dare, have a Whisky flight. The Whisky and Spirits menu is larger and more specialized than the wine list. Wow!
