Booked via Buy-a-gift for brunch, only can be used on a Saturday but booking process simple, email confirmation. Using the voucher you have a limited menu so if you are fussy you might struggle to find something on the limited selection.
We arrived early and were greeted well and invited to take in the view at the bar level 38. When ready we went down to the restaurant level 37. Service was good, complimentary water and bread & butter. Service throughout was prompt and good, we had no complaints as everything just flowed perfectly (but not being rushed, we were there for about 90 minutes).
I would recommend it, even as a one-off novelty, but I personally will go again.

Beautiful venue with well presented food,full of flavour and the atmosphere is really good, the restaurant is very cosy,conformable furnitures, ambiental lighting,waiter service is very professional and drinks are well served.we had a great time in Bokan 37 and we definetly will return.i recomend this place to anyone who likes high quality food and service.the view also is stunning.

Bokan 37 is a restaurant which I recommend to everyone who apreciates fine dining,fine service and attention for details.beautiful food ,well presented and full of flavour, fine wines and personal who can't do enough to make your dining experience perfect.The staff is very friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable.

Visited for brunch on 22/02/25 through a deal on Groupon that was purchased as a birthday present. We could not fault anything about our experience! Staff were very polite and professional, service was excellent and the food was amazing! Beautifully played out restaurant where you did not feel you were sitting too close to other tables.
For starter we had the beef brunch, followed by a risotto and pork rib eye. Deserts were the kiwi brunch and profiteroles, all delicious!
Views are spectacular. Would definately recommend a visit and we wouldn't hesitate in returning when next in London.

Food was very average and service was incredibly slow. It took 3 hours for all the food to come out with a 40-50 minute wait between some of the courses. Cocktails were also very average. Venue was nice though
I told the restaurant this after and their only response was that they were glad I liked the venue!
Overpriced and average food and drink wouldn’t recommend

My friend and I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. Special mention to Nicolas!
The food was nothing short of outstanding, with unexpected and original flavor combinations that were both creative and perfectly executed. What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch from the Chef Robert himself, who brought several plates to our table and took the time to ask for our feedback directly. He was so kind, approachable, and clearly passionate about his craft – a real highlight of the night!
To top it all off, we enjoyed breathtaking views of London from this beautiful rooftop setting. Dining here felt like a perfect mix of elegance and comfort, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable evening. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible evening at Bokan yesterday, enjoying the 7-course Tasting Experience menu paired with a breathtaking view. Each dish was delightful and expertly crafted with seasonal ingredients. We also loved the warmth and attentiveness of the team and the chef Robert, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this fantastic spot!

Went to Bōkan Skybar on a Sunday, and it was amazing. The views of the city and Tower Bridge lit up at night were stunning such a beautiful spot to take it all in. It was quiet too, so I got a great seat and could really enjoy the atmosphere without the weekend rush.
The food was great, the service was solid, and the whiskey cocktail I had was incredible. I definitely recommend trying one. If you want a chilled vibe with amazing views, Sunday is the day to go.

Splendida location con Vista panoramica sul fiume Tamigi e sulla città. Colazione all'italiana (dolce) buonissima. Personale gentile e cordiale. In particolare ringrazio Katellin perché è una persona che sa rapportarsi con il cliente o turista straniero che ha cultura diversa da quella tipicamente British. Mi ha fatto sentire come a casa mia. La prossima volta che torno, sicuramente chiederò di lei.

The manger is a rude person. Don't know how she became a manger with no manners! The rooftop did an error on there end and have a cheek to lie about it. Made a booking way in advance only to find out a day before we have to pay. When making a booking was told we didn't have to. Found on the website that we do have to pay up to 14 days prior to our booking. Our booking was made 3 months before and no1 contacted us! We had call to confirm the booking. Basically doing there job! Only for the manger to be rude and not sort the situation out like a manager should! Because of HER I would give the place zero stars!!

An uninspiring rooftop bar that works if convenience is your priority. Located a good 10 minutes from the heart of Canary Wharf, BOKAN sits atop the Novotel, offering a slightly wooden and corporate atmosphere filled with Hinge dates and post-work drinkers. We had a private area for about 20 people, and while the staff were attentive and helpful, the experience overall was underwhelming. The nibbles—a selection of lacklustre charcuterie and chips—did the job for a large group needing something to accompany drinks, but foodies would be better off exploring the more better culinary options elsewhere in Canary Wharf.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Bokan Restaurant . The chef’s Robert attention to detail and creativity in every dish was outstanding—each bite was a work of art. The waiter Victor was equally remarkable, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service that made the evening truly special. Together, they created a memorable and luxurious experience. I had a fantastic experience at BOKAN 37 thanks to Adam! From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. His knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and he offered excellent recommendations that perfectly matched my taste.
Adam’s attentive service and genuine enthusiasm really enhanced my time at the bar. He checked in just the right amount and ensured I was having a great experience. If you’re looking for outstanding service and a fun atmosphere, be sure to ask for Adam!

Christmas work do - The check in and coat clerk did NOT want to be there, was huffy and not at all pleased when we were asking for help.
But the bar staff were lovely, the drinks and atmosphere good, and the food was good as well.
