The service was fast but the welcome at the door was not very friendly.
The fish was overcooked, raviolis came in a superfat but not very tasty sauce. Scallops were ok and the surdough with beef was good. Went looking for some better aftertaste after the dinner.

The restaurant suggests 5-6 dishes sharing for 2 people as they are presented as “tapas” style dishes. However, I find that to be too much.
The flavour was nice. The price was on the higher side for the portion size and quality. However, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
The bill came to about £340 for 6. And you would need a £10 deposit per person to make a reservation.

Agreed plates come out as they’re ready. Unfortunately they forgot my daughters meat dish so after we queried where it was it eventually arrived the veg and potatoes ordered to go with it were freezing. My grandsons meal they actually brought wrong dish so had to wait again for that. My lamb chops and the beef cheek were tasty but the pasta dishes were very poor. The meal was ruined due to above. When I was asked by the deputy manager how was the meal I said it was ok. He arrived straight back with the bill and said we need your table!! I hadn’t asked for the bill and we still had drinks. How rude was he no apology or even to ask what could be improved. One waitress with long fair curly hair was very good. On the way out I pointed out to him in front of his manager he had been rude still no apology just well how can I put it right. You cannot I will never go back!

Great food and wine. Italian tapas, great concept. The gorgonzola gnocchi is fantastic.
Service is very good, helpful and friendly, special mention for Noemi who looked after us brilliantly.

Πολύ ωραίο ιταλικό εστιατόριο! Μικρές μερίδες αλλά φοβερή εκτέλεση και γεύση! Το επισκεφτήκαμε τυχαία το εστιατόριο και παρόλο που δεν είχαμε κάνει κράτηση βρήκαμε τραπέζι για 6 άτομα.

Excellent restaurant italien situé dans le quartier de Covent Garden. Le cadre est élégant et raffiné, le service est très professionnel et sympathique. Les prix restent raisonnables pour le quartier. Les plats sont bons mais assez classique.

We visited here for dinner after attending the lyceum (which is only a short walk away). We were told the menu was more like tapas and should order a few dishes however we found we had way too much food doing this and it felt a little over whelming! I would definitely recommend just going for one dish unless ordering appetizers. The food was ok when it arrived, I have personally had better dishes for San Carlo in Manchester and Leeds but it was still nice 👍. The seating is tight (obviously it's London so expected it tbf). The cranberry juice I ordered was very small, so wouldn't recommend ordering that if your thirsty!

The thing I love about Cicchetti is, it’s just so damn beautiful. And the food is good and they have a great selection of wine. The team are friendly and accommodating. What’s not to like?

This is such a lovely little place. It was our first time here, so we didn't know it was a tapas style restaurant. However, we made it work for us, and it was amazing. The food was spectacular. My sisters carbonara was a big hit with us, as well as the tiramisu - it was just so light and creamy, it was heaven on a plate! Service was amazing as well. It is definitely a bit more upmarket to what we are used to, but it's still reasonably priced considering it's in the West End. My only complaint is when they offered us water, we didn't know it was chargeable, but as I said it was more upmarket than where we normally eat, so maybe this is a normal thing in those types of places? I would come back here, though, now that I know what to expect, I can budget a bit higher to experience more of the menu.

Una delle peggiori esperienze in 15 anni a Londra , il cameriere che aveva preso la mia prenotazione, era molto educato e professionale , quando ha finito lo shift non si è più capito nulla , una disorganizzazione assoluta , piatti sbagliati , mancanza di conoscenza su bottiglie di vino, piatti arrivati crudi dopo 45 minuti di attesa , esperienza negativa , e in chiusura dopo aver pagato e aver chiesto di togliere il cibo non mangiato in quanto non era cotto e un piatto non era nemmeno stato chiesto da noi…. Sentirsi dire che può capitare che i clienti si appropriano di oggetti non loro, perché non hanno una buona clientela … solo dopo aver mandato 2 email sono stato contattato in quanto era stato posto l oggetto in cassaforte a ristorante chiuso. E nessuno lo sapeva …non tornerei in un posto così , se cercate la cucina San Carlo, andate all’ ISOLA , o andate a cicchetti di Knightsbridge

After living in Italy, we chose Cicchetti for a special night. From the time we walked in, we knew we had chosen wrong. Our waiter was rude and quite quick with us. He was not happy that we had not chosen to look at the expensive wine list. He recommended at least 3 plates per person - and talked down to us as if we knew nothing about Italian food and starters. We had to ask for water twice and never saw the same waiter twice. Someone different brought our food after we saw her walk around with our starter, trying to deliver it to a different table. So it came cold. Our carbonara was not good - cold and sticky - too much egg - My truffle ravioli was saturated in cheese and way too gluey. I would not be coming back.

الطعام لذيذ جدا لكن قليل جدا والسعر عالي جداً، قبل تذهب إلى هذا المطعم يجب إن تأكل وجبة دسمة وبعدها فكّر بالذهاب اليهم، والوقت عندهم لاقيمة له يعني لازم تضيع من عمرك ساعتين أقل شئ من أجلّ وجبة لاتشبعك.
The food is very delicious, but very low, and the price is very high. Before you go to this restaurant, you must eat a heavy meal, and then think well of going well, and the time they have is worthless, I mean, you must waste the least two hours of your age for a meal that does not satisfy you.

What a find, for a very busy Saturday night we thought the service was excellent, the food was delicious, great bustling atmosphere. We booked ahead, I would recommend. Unexpected menu change; the whole menu was changed to tapas and came out as it was ready; we booked, and would have preferred the regular menu. So that was our only gripe. Food was lovely in any case.
