Good experience at this five guys.
Although my burger order wasn’t made correctly the lady on counter was quick to apologise, the man said I could keep the wrong burger which made my friend happy as he eats more than I do.
When my new order was made the lady also gave me another portion of fries.

On the self billing counters, you chose a vegetarian sandwich and then you end up with two pieces of lettuce wrapping a small portion of vegetables and some onions and no bread! It was not clear that there is no bread on the self billing counter screen. it would have really helped if that was clear. Then again, For that small portion with no bread, charged more than 5 bucks. That’s seems a rip off and I felt really bad.

Got takeaway milkshakes for family of 11. They definitely lived up to the hype. Liked the fact they had smaller sizes for kids (or anyone wanting lesser quantity for £3.95) tried mango, Oreo, Bosc off and chocolate flavours. All flavours were equally delightful. Only feedback is maybe they can have an option of smooth vs crunchy with the biscuit flavours. Some of the kids did not like the crunchy bits. Overall loved the quality of the milkshakes.

I bought few milkshake with my friends. It was very tasty Milkshake. They are very welcoming. The Atmosphere of the store was amazing. I am bringing more friends for sure to try Five Guys milkshakes And the monkey nuts

Today I went there at the lunch with my family they tried the five guys for the first time. They loved it and the atmosphere was so great and clean. The food was top notch as always especially the fries.

Visited last night. Food was appalling . Had the Hot Dog, probably worst food I have ever eaten. Not sure what the sausage was tasted disgusting. The roll was moist and soggy. All toppings fell out on opening the wrapper. Fries were ok if you found them at the bottom of the bag. My wife had the vegetarian option. Surprised there was no chicken option as she doesn't eat beef. Soggy roll with a bit of tomato, and lettuce, mushroom and raw peppers. Horrible. So disappointed as heard good things about this place

In a crowded, expensive venue, Five Guys provides a haven of excellent service and yummy burgers. From a warm welcome reminding us we can also order at the counter, to some WONDERFUL service from Catriona, to delicious food, this will always be my go-to at the O2.

The staff in this branch are SO kind and friendly and really went above and beyond to make my first Five Guys experience positive. The manager was particularly brilliant and took care to explain how everything works and help me with my order - the perfect example of good leadership and great customer service and clearly has a great team behind her. Thank you guys!
