What a lovely dining experience! Lovely food, their steak is to die for! Friendly staff, especially Nikoletta our waitress. Created a lovely athmosphere, with warm welcome, and with a nice chat she made our dining experience very memorable! Definitely will return soon!

Our first experience at flat iron was incredible.
We got a table almost straight away, the food was delicious and the staff is very welcoming and attentive, thank you to Niki for the spot on service she was a great person how was looking after me and my wife to have a best quality service to enjoy our night out.

I visit a Flat Iron restaurant every time I’m in London and each visit are always delightful, but this one in particular was especially great. On top of the wait not being terrible and the food being delicious as usual, Kasim’s welcoming charisma made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Visiting from the States, we decided to try the burgers before coming back lol Definitely one of the best burgers we’ve tried in a while!
The atmosphere is very cozy and Nikki made sure we get everything we need and even wished to have a safe departure! The overall experience was above our expectations

We arrived late, so the burgers were sold out, but we tried the steak and mac & cheese, which were both good. We also loved the idea of free ice cream, and it was refreshing!

I tried the Flat Iron Marylebone branch for the first time, and it did not disappoint. I’ve always been a fan of this restaurant chain, and the quality and friendly service I’ve come to expect were evident here as well. As a thoughtful gesture, I was even given a Flat Iron-branded token—normally used for ice cream at checkout—which really highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great dinner here! We ordered the steak, truffle mac and garlic mash and it was delicious!! Our server Niki was really friendly and accommodating! Also the prices are very good especially for London. Music was a bit loud but still great atmosphere. Will be coming back!
