I came with my girlfriend for launch on 17 feb during school term so pretty busy time.
Great experience, the restaurant was full but they was still able to provide an outstanding service, pizza arrived in reasonable time and cooked to perfection, very good topping quantity, crust was airy and not chewy!
As a pizzachef myself and from neapolitan origin, bravi waglioʻ!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Franco Manca today. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the pizzas were truly outstanding. We've tried many Franco Manca locations, and this was definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!

Sitio muy bueno para comer pizzas. Calidad precio muy recomendable. Éramos 8 y pedimos pizzas, el plato de pollo con pesto y el de berenjena a la parmesana… y estaban buenísimos. El camarero Orges fue muy amable con nosotros, nos dio un servicio buenísimo. Repetiremos sin duda.

Service isn't amazing. Food is great but even when there are clearly empty tables it takes time for the waiters to seat you. Same goes with ordering and asking for the bill. Overall a pretty good place to get authentic sourdough pizza though.
