We waited 50 minutes for our food. We saw several people arrive, eat and leave while we were still waiting.
My hamburger and chips were average, 3 out 5.
My wife ordered fried king prawns and halloumi which were both excellent, 5 out of 5.

We went with high expectations but waited over an hour for our food. We chased several times on the food, had to ask 3 times for a high chair and condiments when the food did arrive. Clearly they are understaffed and not able to handle the number of customers they let in. They then had the cheek to charge us service charge and wouldn’t take this off the bill

Went for a Sunday Roast and had such a lovely time!! The food was delicious and the service very efficient. Ignas was very kind and helpful :)

It’s a nice spot but poorly run. The pub was only half full (most tables in the room next to the bar, still space outside) but it took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar, even then the Guinness was poured straight through.
The manager was then bizarrely running around in a panic telling everyone that the kitchen was closed even though it wasn’t that busy😂
To top it off they had three staff looking bored walking around the beer garden while two chaps struggled on the bar (manager content to watch and answer the phone instead of help). One of the barman gave me a glass with ice with the bottle of the bottle of beer which was a nice a touch

Waited 90 min for food, to be told that it was delayed because I used the app.
When food came it was cold and poor quality.
Will not return. Regret going.

Food is very good and staff are helpful. Well located for access to Hampstead Heath and shops. There is parking in the street but it’s restricted.

I love this pub! The Sunday roast is just spectacular. The gravy amazing!!! The service is good, the atmosphere is good too. The price is reasonable. Next to Hampstead heath. I just love it.

We arrived at 2:15pm for Sunday lunch and after ordering, we waited over 1h30 for our meal to arrive. We ordered some olive and bread and that took 45 min to arrive(!).
The food was good but my husband got food poisoning. 30min after eating his meal, he was really sick with diarrhoea. We paid £50 per person for a main course, olives and a drink.
Nice pub but don’t go there unless you want to be ripped off and be food poisoned.
