Terrible experience as they were so obviously prioritising the drive through over the internal customers. After seeing many cars order then collect it took a few of us to speak up and ask what’s going on with our orders to be greeted with a groan and a role of the eyes like it’s some big hassle having to serve us our food that had been sitting on the side for some time

Wasn't the best experience I've had unfortunately. The app wasn't working at it's best, then the food arrived to our table which was nice and appreciated. But then I asked for the baby changing room to be opened, had to wait quite a while and my food was getting cold, not impressed. We decided to eat and then I asked again for the toilet to be opened for the baby and again they took quite a while to do it. As for the food... I am not sure if that was the baby of the fillet of fish or the fillet of fish itself. As you can see from the picture it is not much bigger than 2 packs of ketchup... absolutely mind blowing. Prices are going up and burgers are becoming minuscule. Well done, McDonald's!! That's the way to go!!

Absolute joke how can you take so long to serve someone at 2am when there is 4 of you working, they were just standing around talking to each other. If that wasn’t annoying enough when we actually go the food it was so messy and there was ketchup everywhere also they gave mustard and pickles when specifically told not to and they double
checked too honestly ridiculous

Be careful, there's a lady who offers you 'free vouchers' for your next McDonald's but what she does is take your phone at the end of your meal to fill out a customer satisfaction survey and the voucher that you get doesn't even work because it's already been claimed by someone else or whatever email she uses on the survey.

It's a McDonalds not much I can say .
Only went there while waiting for another shop to do a order .
At least the food was warmish .
Would love to go in a McDonald's and have hot food.
