The worst McDonald to order food from!!! There’s always something missing and I will always let it go but this time I really need to share how disappointed I am with them, two burgers, one fries and a drink missing!!! You guys need to take this seriously because there’s a lot of family that relies on delivery or take away after a busy day of work without any time to cook! Please do understand that you’re not doing any favour and people are paying to get what they want!!!

Please mention proper opening time. After 11pm only drive thru open, it does mean it's not open 24 hours. As walk in customer we are very disappointed.

I ordered on just eat, took 40 mins before my food left the premises and was told 15-25 minutes on the app to be delivered, i called the branch in Colindale nw9, to see how long my food was going to be and they just left the phone of the receiver. Food eventually arrived cold and the delivery man mentioned how he had to wait 30 mins before receiving my food

I ordered delivery through the McDonald's app, and the first driver informed me that the manager instructed me to cancel my order because they were too busy—despite the fact that I only ordered a medium burger meal. I was unable to cancel my order through the app because it was still being prepared. This driver, along with five others, gave up on my order. Finally, the sixth driver marked my order as delivered, but it never was! I strongly suspect that the staff directed the delivery driver to falsely mark it as delivered to avoid fulfilling my order. On top of that I waited for over two hours! If you can't handle the volume of orders, you shouldn’t keep accepting them. Additionally, I faced significant difficulty obtaining a refund because the driver submitted a picture as proof of delivery, which was just a black image. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect that McDonald's will take responsibility for this situation.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Needs some serious help. They’ve messed up my order twice now. Don’t order Uber eats or deliveroo from here. The food either arrives cold, or missing items or it just doesn’t arrive at all. Don’t bother.

We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning and the order screen was busy. I think the orders were mostly for deliveries. As a result, it took a while for our food to be ready. Other than the extended wait, we didn’t encounter any issues, although we could sense that some people were getting impatient. Moreover, one woman received coffee that wasn’t hot. It appeared that they were insufficiently staffed that day.

Normally I do the drive through which is quick and the food is hot, instead I had dine in on this occasion which was a lot slower with the food not so hot!

Full of delivery drivers in a fast food joint with awkward parking arrangements. 7.3.22 The manager does not seem to know about the instore product available being advertised! Staff were generally friendly & helpful. 20.5.22 Scammers operating in the Colindeep Lane , Colindale "restaurant" with customers (school kids!) collecting food already collected before with stories to con the staff & not pay again! The management & authorities should deal with these characters & throw them out of the restaurant & not let them gather there at all. 26.5.22 Management must be aware that drivers are entering the outlet in Colindale (turning sharp right via Colindeep Lane to avoid queues further ahead!) at speed ignoring the "No Entry " sign! This is recipe for disaster & will be the cause of a serious accident as either a pedestrian/kids will be hit by such a vehicle or it colliding with another vehicle proceeding towards the exit ahead! Action must be taken to immediately stop drivers entering the outlet through the "No Entry " sign & prevent any serious accidents happening! 15.9.22 Orders seem to take very long in being prepared as well as the wrong items being served! 16.9.23 Tasty burgers & chips with helpful staff, however there are flies & insects which are flying around in the dining area! 17.7.24 Tables are not being cleaned up for use by other users & the stinking toilet drains are overflowing into the car park & needs to be cleaned up! 23.11.24 Surprising that even now their Self Service machines don't work , let alone the APP & incompetent staff who struggle to print Customer Receipts! 26.1.25 Ordinary tasting Burgers served where tables need to be cleaned quickly after use by customers. & drivers are dangerously driving up the wrong way & near to cause collisions 💥! Unacceptable. 18.2.25 An outlet ( Colindale) where some of the customer serving East European 🇪🇺 staff are unpleasant & unable to operate the McDonald's App & it's Offers & are blind to which customers are already waiting to be served & ahead of any queue! Ridiculous.

I ordered Mc Crispy BBQ Smokehouse and Chicken select . Both were delicious and cooked to perfection crispy and not oily. I was pleasantly surprised with my choice.

No toilet roll in toilet, so had to go to the desk and ask for it whilst having not wiped, then stood there waiting another ten minutes, holding my trousers away. COMPLETELY HUMILIATED AND NO APOLOGY FROM MANAGER! disgraceful way to treat a customer!
