Overall, a pleasant experience for 14 of us who visited last Sunday. Food was great and service was very prompt too. We were served by 'Diba' (Sorry if misspelled) who made sure to check in on us now and then and also accommodated our requests including being seated together outside in the sunshine. We had a great time - thank you!

A classic Nandos. The staff were super friendly and efficient, the food was great and there is a great amount of seating so you can likely get seated even in busy times.

Often sells out if stuff at the busiest times of the week and is in desperate need of a revamp. Floors and tables sticky. Staff are good though.

Ive been to a few Nando’s lately and this place was nice.
Food was as promised and staff polite and efficient.
One of my group of friends didn’t have his food delivered on time but the staff were all on it as soon as they realised and it was delivered promptly.
Atmosphere was ok although felt a little hollow with table next to entrance.

Delicios food, amazing service(Melek was very friendly and helpful), very nice atmosphere, we love this place, definitely will come back when we visit London again 🥰😍

Disappointed by this Nandos in Hammersmith
I mostly order half a chicken, hot.
This one had absolutely no seasoning on it at all.
I have never experienced this before, mentioned this to the staff but they were friendly but didn't really know what to say or do.
They did ask, if I wanted another one, but as I was in a rush I declined.
Hopefully management will take note of these comments

Fuimos al restaurante para cenar y entramos a las 9.15pm. Nos explicaron cómo pedir ya que va a través de una aplicación. Como todo ser humano no pides en 2 minutos. El pedido lo realizamos a las 9.30pm y tardaron un poco en traerla. A las 9.55pm, a mitad de comer, nos metieron prisa porque cerraban el local. Es algo que se avisa cuando vas a pedir. Durante el resto de la cena los chicos no hacían más que meternos prisa y muy maleducados, de hecho, estaban rodeando la mesa continuamente. El personal bastante desagradable. No es un sitio que recomendase. La comida no es tan buena.

Entramos al restaurante a las 21:35, hacemos el pedido a través de su plataforma online, pagamos y nos sirven sobre 21:45. A las 21:55 viene uno de los camareros, nos pregunta si todo bien y seguidamente nos dice que cierran a las 22 el local. No nos dejan ni terminar de cenar, ademas de que bastante maleducado retirando cosas a medias de la mesa y con una vestimenta bastante dejada. No lo recomiendo para nada.
