I had a decent stay here. The rooms are in good condition and the hotel is in a great location. 5 min walk from Elizabeth line or DLR. I managed to get a space in the car park too and price was reasonable for London. I would recommend getting there at a decent time as I imagine on busy nights it gets full quickly. Overall I would stay again.

Service was polite and good, bed was comfortable , sheets was clean though had clean-stains, and if you require more than single double bed room might be small.
Water in shower was fantastic.
Location - overall good as nearby underground Elizabeth line can reach both Heathrow and London center, however, check before as in Xmas we found there was no line and on the flight back day, part of Elizabeth line was close so had to use taxi.

Booked for a family stay Saturday night before Christmas. Great value price. Not the biggest family room but clean and comfortable, no issues. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. No more than 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is connected with the beautiful and rapid Elizabeth line to central London (17 min to Bond Street), with the Tube station (Woolwich) 150 meters from the door of the hotel. This makes the hotel unbeatable in terms of value for price

This Premier Inn is a hidden gem, and a great way to experience the city without central London prices. The hotel is moments away from the Elizabeth line that will have you in central London in just over 20 minutes direct. But don't rush off! Royal Woolwich Arsenal is a buzzy cultural centre worth exploring. We loved checking out the Woolwich Works and the food market. As usual, I can't fault Premier Inn's signature buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms, and hands on attentive staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to transport links(right next to the train station). I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which was honestly better than most hotel meals I have had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quick and easy stay !

Serious lack of parking and a view of a massive building site dont do this any favours, fine if you just want to shower and sleep and be elsewhere all day

Absolutely fantastic stay , staff were friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble . Close to transport links and local shops . Would definitely recommend. Big thank you to Remell who went that extra mile.

Stayed in the Woolwich premier inn this week when arriving we was welcomed by Remell. He was very professional and polite. Nothing was to much trouble for him. The rooms was very clean and very cosy had a lovely sleep will definitely be returning.

Stayed here as location was ideal for a concert at the o2. Room was nice, can't fault cleanliness.
Breakfast on the first morning was a little chaotic, staff in casual clothing so were unsure if they were actually staff and boxes over a few of the tables. Second morning was much more professional and staff much friendlier. The boxes were still there, so must be an ongoing thing.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and again location is excellent for transport links, both train and river.

Stayed at this hotel recently for a few days whilst on a work trip.
The hotel is a standard Premier Inn room, but avoid the Beefeater restaurant!
I had food on the first night, the carpets, chairs and decor was very dirty/grotty! They have an open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking and I watched one of the chefs putting peas on a plate and then picking out some of the peas that he had just put on the plate with his hands! There was obviously something wrong with them, and I would assume he should have used a spoon rather than his bare hands, which I felt was very unhygienic!
It might have a 5 star hygiene rating, but I would not recommend eating there.

Great location. Clean rooms and bar / restaurant on the ground floor. Just one member of check in staff which is a pain during busy times.
Decent breakfast and quick walk to the Lizzie Line.
