Went on a weekday lunch. Had the chicken skewers and fish burger, both of which were great. Service was a bit of a letdown though, compared to other S&L establishments I visited elsewhere in the UK before. No one attended to us when we entered the place or even acknowledged us before or after our meal. Some menu items were not available on the QR code ordering system either so I had to order at the counter.

Great spot for a slug and lettuce just off the London eye, easy to access, great staff Ethan was very helpful and polite while serving our drinks. Enjoyed my time drinking here.

We had a great experience here after a trip on the London Eye, which is very close by. We were a party of 6, and one person a bit older who was not so comfortable sitting at a table with a high stool. So a server called Ems was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to wait until another table left, then cleaned and prepared two tables together for us to change to. Thank you Ems!
Then Robert took our food drink orders, and delivered them. A bit complicated - I am English, hosting 5 visitors from Brazil. My Portugese is not great, and neither their English! Robert was excellent, friendly, accurate and efficient. And the food and drinks were lovely.
Overall an excellent experience, positive and friendly. A very good impression. Thank you

Honestly the whole thing was saved by Rob, I accidentally only served the table instead of a bottomless and he came through and helped us onto it! He has been a great server and never made it feel as if we were waiting!

I recently visited the slug pub in London and had an a lovely experience. The food was great, with a great variety to choose from. The atmosphere nice and chill. But what truly made our visit memorable was the service. Our waiter, Mz, was incredible. He was not only incredibly helpful, but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to experience such attentive and personable service, and Mz definitely added to the overall great vibe of the pub. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the top-notch service!

The drinks and service today was fantabulous and we were served by a very kind gentlemen called Ethan. It’s my 30th birthday weekend and me and my wife were welcomed to a friendly environment. Me and my wife would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quick drink stop or somewhere nice to stop for a few drinks

Komal gave us the best service during our bottomless brunch and made my birthday 🎂 had such a great afternoon, constantly supplied with drinks and just the best customer service from all the team at Waterloo! Will 100 percent be back! 10/10 would recommend
