We had a lovely lunch at the Ivy at Covent Garden! The service was very kind and all the food that we had was very delicious! Not to forget, they do have a nice wine list!

Despite reserving a table, it was not ready, so the put me at the NOT comfortable bar, the incentive menu was NOT as it seemed. I left NOT happy

I am a regular customer but upon finishing dinner this week, I was shocked to see that the restaurant has a mice infection which made me question how sanitary the restaurant is. The mouse was running all over the restaurant. After speaking to a waiter, he mentioned that he will raise it to upper management . however, one of the hostesses didn’t seem to care at all about the issue and was very passive about it. Very poor customer experience and hygiene.

Best are the drinks and hospitality of Samuel 12/10. Great host and always attentive, friendly and fun. Food is good. Amazing atmosphere and people. Second time here, didn't disappoint a bit. Both without reservation, friendly ladies found me a place at the bar. Highly recommended, will comeback for sure.

"First class all round" - My first review. David Delhanty, charlesdel.com. ...Sadly, I had to downwardly adjust my review because, when I called to amend my booking, which was for Friday - 100%, a very rude telephone operator/agent said my booking was for Sunday and she hung up on me. Therefore, I will not be coming this Friday please cancel my booking.

Good experience. Great atmosphere, simple food. Service was top-notch, with special thanks to Sana, who accompanied us throughout the meal, gave us great recommendations on the dishes and helped us charge our phones. She especially impressed us when she brought back a dessert with a candle for our friend's birthday, even though we hadn't mentioned it at any point during the meal or on the reservation. Sana simply deduce it by the flowers and gifts we had given our friend, great service, thank you Sana!

The Ivy market grill serves fantastic food, but the experience was completely ruined by the awful service and lack of cleanliness. Our waitress had a cold, dismissive attitude that felt outright racist, making it clear she didn’t want to serve us. She barely acknowledged us, gave us dirty looks, and acted like every request was a burden. To make matters worse, I found a hair on the table before our food even arrived, which made me question the restaurant’s hygiene. It’s a shame because the food was incredible, but the terrible service and unclean environment made it impossible to enjoy.
