DO NOT BRING KIDS NOT SAFE OR SANITARY !!! I was placed into this hotel as a emergency accommodation but has now changed it to my temporary even though I have continuously complained and emailed repetitively to Waltham Forest council from the 6th of August and still no one has bothered to get back to me even though I am staying with my one year old child. My child has been able to hand me rat traps and the hotel is infested with bed bugs, rodents and ants. THERE IS NO WAY THIS PLACE SHOULD STILL BE OPEN. Today I had returned back to my accommodation as I went away for a week since the had called pest control for the 4th time and my room was still infested and now they are only offering to call PEST CONTROL for the 5th time even though it’s still made no difference. I’ve had to argue with the front desk worker as he tried to deny the fact of it was bed bugs and wasn’t allowing me to take a video of the bug but ended up allowing me to.Don’t even bother going to try breakfast if you like eating ants and have stone cold food but ps make sure you go quick because there is NEVER enough to go around. As I’m reading through the reviews I’m seeing people have expressed the same and this is not right IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND NEVER BE REOPENED AGAIN. GOOGLE WONT ALLOW ME TO PUT THE VIDEO SO I CAN ONLY SCREENSHOT SHOT.

This hotel should be closed down Full of vermin and recently a pregnant lady was bitten by a mouse in her room. The 3rd one in there over a month. The owner of this establishment should be fined heavily in allowing this. Pest control comes in only to put in black boxes. The mice are entering through exposed pipe work behind the sinks. Absolutely shocking. Have images as evidence will report

The place it's just disgusting the environment and the receptionist were rude low quality I didn't bother myself to have breakfast in there at all unluckily the TAbookings placed me in there and i had no choice but the so called 'Hotel' was so disgusting there's spiders and ants coming inside the place like crazy and the place also stinks The water pressure it's super low at the point where you barely can get a proper bath and the toilet gets stuck so easily

THERE ARE RATS. One of the most disgusting places I had the displeasure to walk in. Everything was broken, the bed sheets were clearly unwashed, and there was a rotting onion under my bed. Oh and there are rats. Huge rats that I saw in my bathroom. On top of that, everything smells terrible. Just gross. I felt sick.

Étant en voyage à Londres, ma famille et moi-même avions réservé dans cet établissement. Hôtel à fuir : eau bouillante ou eau glacé (impossible qu’elle soit tiède), Hygiène déplorable, porte qui ne s’ouvre pas (Nous étions obligé d’attendre une heure et demie pour pouvoir accéder à nos chambres). Quant au petit déjeuné, il reste à désirer, seul le pain acheté au supermarché du coin est correct. Pour la qualité/prix : À fuir. Cher et ne vaut pas le coût. Ne pensez pas à espérer un remboursement.

Not clean, receptionist were rude. Made a reservation for 2 adults and a 7 year old and they gave us a room with 2 single beds. And not comfortable beds.

Disgusting place. Not safe! Room 8 - awful drainage smell in room! Dirty walls and curtains! Smashed light and electric sockets! Dirty unhygienic kettle! Paper thin walls allowing other guests snoring and TV to be heard ALL NIGHT! Shower did not work so was told they would move me next day! They let me unaccompanied go into room1 to shower which belonged to another guest but that shower had no hot water so they then let me use the shower in another room belonging to another guest which had hardly any water pressure! This made me feel unsafe if they are letting guests use other guests rooms! I had booked 2 nights and had my check in been early in the day I would not have stayed! I certainly did not stay the 2nd night!

Showers did not work, bed was uncomfortable in room number 10. I had to rent another room. One of the reception staff behaved badly, he was on duty on 13 May afternoon as we complained about cleaning off our room. I will never recommend anyone

Veel te duur voor slecht hotel..alles oud en krakende vloeren. Bedden zijkanten stuk. Geen zeep in badkamer. Ontbijt slecht. Ik betaalde 100,- per nacht. Daar is wel wat beters voor te vinden.

The water pressure of my room was extremely bad which made it almost impossible to take a shower. Check-in was pretty basic and the guy at the reception was pretty friendly. But breakfast was bad. Like it was really bad. The guys were super loud. Was partying till 5 AM. I don't recommend this place.

Message from this hotel: "Due to increasing and uncontrollable pest and vermin problem we have been advised to shut down the building for a fully flagged pest control. At this moment we are not sure if the construction is habitable anymore or not. " They advised me to cancel the reservation.

Bed bugs. Shouldn’t need to say more but there’s more. Given our first room ants all over the bathroom walls So we get given another room other to find bed bugs I go down to the reception and they said “You should have told us sooner you had bugs now all of our rooms are booked up”

Séjour plus que catastrophique pour le prix payé. Réalité autre que les images, chambre minuscule et malodorante, linges de lit pas propres, douche sale, chauffage cassé, aucun ménage de fait sur un séjour de 3 jours. Établissement bruyant où on a l’impression que les travaux qui étaient présents étaient dans notre chambre. Cependant personnel sympa.

I’m never going anywhere close to any Newham hotel ever. Cold and unprofessional staff from the receptionist to the chef. The whole hotel had a bad smell (I’m guessing from the carpets ,that was visible dirty) , Mouldy and smelly toilet, stained and dirty furnitures, shower pressure was so Low it would take ages to take a shower, no hot water from 10am. Mind you I paid £350 for 2 nights .. Breakfast was the saddest I have had in a hotel ever.
