I've been to this place before and I used to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get in. Last night was the worst experience I've ever had. In addition to waiting two hours and 30 minutes to get in, they have a peculiar way of deciding how many people will get in when X people leave. When I asked the security guard why more than 29 people left and none got in, I was told only that I should wait because we were going in soon. I believe this same security guard is Somalia and, checking previous reviews, this was not an isolated case when he was rude to me and other people who were in line. When I asked his name, he left, saying he wouldn't tell me, in a sarcastic tone. This was my last experience at this place, and I'm very surprised that there are people who are not prepared to answer questions and be even minimally polite. The last time I went, the woman who charged me, and I was there last night, charged me extra for the entrance fee and when questioned, she said she had made a mistake, considering that this had already happened to my colleague who was next to me once before. To top it off, this same security guard at the entrance was enjoying his party with some friends at the end of the night and stared at me and my friends in an uncomfortable way. He was accompanied by other guys who had already passed by us and made stupid jokes. We left soon after because we didn't feel safe after all that. Want some advice? Don't go to this place.

Terrible experience because of the female door woman. Photo inserted. I had made a booking prior and she said we weren’t on the guest list, I couldn’t locate booking so thought fair enough to wait for walk-ins at 7pm. We queued at 6pm and she said we had to get out the queue. We explained we’ll step aside or let everybody with bookings ahead of us, she said she gets to decide who comes in so it’s our best interest to leave. At 6:15 the queue was huge so we thought to go to the back AGAIN because by the time in reaches 7pm, we would’ve made some progrese - as 100s of other people were doing. She did not make anybody else exit the queue - please note that. It’s now 7:15pm, we’re at the front of the queue ready with our IDs. She calls over a male colleague, and “whispers” to him but we can see what is happening. The male returns and tells us we aren’t getting in for our attitude. We then reacted and said we’ve just queued for an hour - she then said she didn’t care and her colleagues told us to leave. Honestly have been here before and had a good time but the door staff(one woman in particular) needs reviewing.

I had a disgusting experience, will never come here again. We waited patiently in the queue from 7:01pm - 21:32. We got to the door and my friend was asked how many people, then as i stumbled due to another 3849 people pushing behind us, I replied i’m not pushing in we’ve actually waited 2 hours, so the security goes “you’re not coming in”. He was the Somalian security with unpleasant breath , i think he was angry he has to work the job and probably has very little pay.. apparently they’re supposed to let “one in one out”,this was NOT the case, atleast display a sign so people can choose if they wish to wait and understand the entrance system, people who work hard all week and travel into london to enjoy a nice evening DO NOT COME HERE. you will get ill from waiting in the cold and will be treated disgustingly. Never ever coming here again, the managers also just hang out smoking outside- disgusting atmosphere…. honestly never seen something like this and we’re lucky we live close by and enjoyed the night elsewhere where organisers use their common sense.

The Prince kitchen is the best bar and pop that i have never seen yet .it's perfect to mind fresh here . I liked all the things here so everyone come here and enjoying a lot ❤️

Vandaag gegeten bij The Prince. We hebben hier goed kunnen eten. Niet al te grote porties, wat naar ons idee goed is! Best harde muziek, maar gezien de rustige sfeer is het geen probleem. We kunnen elkaar verstaan 😊😅. We werden voornamelijk geserveerd door Jessica. De service was erg betrokken. We werden snel geholpen. Superfijn!👍🏼 Zeker een plek om lekker te tafelen!

Nice afternoon break, few hours to kill and wanted a bit of food, the temaki bros was ideal. Really nice ‘hidden’ beer garden plenty of space and tables. Service was quick although place wasn’t too busy at the time. Loos were a bit grim though

Horrible, stubborn and unreasonable staff. One member of our party was late and they refused to let them in, albeit the rest of us were seated with drinks. We all had to get up and leave after half an hour of discussions for no reason. Make it make sense

I’ve gotten home and forgotten i had a review card lol. Me and my girls went for birthday celebration and our server Khamani he was such a vibe I love him he made my night so fun he was quick with our order made sure we enjoyed ourselves and i even caught him doing a lil dance at the bar 😂 What can i say he’s so fab and i will be coming back !
