I went here with my wife on Thursday and we literally just walked in and there was a booth which was just used but its free so we came close to it and a waitress came up and we asked her if we could sit here but she just says "oh sorry can't let you sit here as it is going to get busy later on" and I said but it is free right now and we are here and then she says "yeah but theres going to be more people coming so we need to PRIORITISE them" and at that point we just left because that is actually just absurd that even though we came and the booth was free she wouldn't let us sit there because it will get busy later on??? It doesn’t matter if its just 2 people out of all the dessert shops and even restaurants ive been to theyve never told me not to sit in a booth just because it will get busy thats just unprofessional if you are here first you should be able to sit wherever you want.

I used to come here before, the shop was very quiet, now it has a very vibrant atmosphere. I always liked the red velvet cookie dough with white chocolate ice cream.
Dessert is good, service is good, Atmosphere is good 5*

This place use to be very good to come to especially with family. But now it’s chaotic! The staff have no idea what is happening, who they’re meant to be serving. On top of that they advertise certain items on the menu but when you receive it, it’s different. For example the milkshakes all appear to show it comes with an Oreo biscuit or Ferraro Roche or a kinda bueno but it does not. A child looks at a picture and is drawn to chocolate and they should expect to receive what is being advertised. False advertisement! Oh did I forget to mention that staff smell of BO!
