Beckton Wingstop is my local Wingstop. The customer service is always 5/5. I ordered for collection at the wrong time by accident yet the staff (Raja & Rajash) were very understanding and considerate. They were able to still honour my order. Even when I’m out of East London, I always make the effort to come back to Beckton (East London) if I want Wingstop as I know the customer service will be nothing but perfect which also matches how the food taste. Thank you guys!

Rajesh was absolutely amazing. As soon as we entered, he made us feel welcome and at home. I love him so much, I wanna hug him. 10/10 customer service, support and overall amazing experience. I will be coming back for sure, simply due to his work ethic

5 star food but its a shame the lady on the phone doesnt know basic customer service. Closed the phone on me abruptly as i was asking a question. Spoke with a demeaning tone too

Sravankumar and Pragya were truly outstanding! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Their warm hospitality made us feel so welcome, and they were always there with a smile, ready to help with anything we needed. On top of that, the food arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious! Exceptional service like this makes all the difference, we will definitely be coming back. I visited Wingstop Beckton with my son for the first time yesterday. The food was really good, and service was excellent. Our server Tharun took our order at the till, and also delivered the food to our table. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely go back again.
