Crooks! I booked this hotel in January. Paid 23rd October I turned up 24th. Hotel empty and nothing there, a builder came out said they were closed. So why wasn't I informed why did they take my money I paid £98.i phoned hotel and they said nothing to do with us contact booking.com.. So far booking.com hasn't responded. The hotel is still live on booking.com as open don't book a room your be scammed.

Worst hotel/ box room I have ever stayed in! Worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE! paid £80 for a night, got offered a £10 refund. Whole place was dirty, curtains didn't cover window, tv didn't work, bathroom was disgusting.

El único recepcionista es grosero y agresivo, las habitaciones sucias, viejas, frías y sin muebles, la alfombra son pedazos de otras alfombras, las puertas no tienen seguridad, chapas viejas fáciles de abrir.

Asqueroso, colchón totalmente hundido, sobredosis de ambientador. Parece un lugar de citas por horas. Baño compartido en el piso, era de noche y no había luz lo dije en recepción y les importo cero, suerte que sólo estuve una noche. Me duché a oscuras con la luz de La calle porque había una ventana en el baño. La tapa del water era más pequeña que la ceramica….un despropósito de lugar. Creo que es el peor sitio que he estado nunca y eso que he viajado a Turquía, Chequia, Italia en coche de campings pero esto lo supera. Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner ninguna. Ah!!! Y carisimo. Si lees esto no vayas, de verdad.

This "hotel" is easily the worst I have ever been too. The pictures seem to show the three nice rooms they have. The room (house 44, room 117) was dirty when I arrived, lots of hair and other stuff on the bed linens. The bathroom was less than 1m2, the shower was rusting away. The only window did not properly close, at least two corners of the room were mold-y. And to top it of, the door was as thin as could be. A little push and anyone could have broken in. To be clear, this room was sold as "deluxe double room". I honestly don't know why this place has still a license. Spend a couple of bucks and get a decent place

When we arrived, the rooms where awful, no bathroom to yourself even tho it was advertised with an en suite, room was very dusty which had made us very ill

Nous avons séjourné à deux dans cet “hôtel”. Photos trompeuses. Odeur de drogue dans tout le couloir pendant 3jours. Murs délabrés. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs où dans les chambres d’à côté. Le prix ne vaut pas la chambre. Salle de bain sur le palier alors qu’il était écrit privatisé. Seul point positif le lit impeccable et très confort.

The worst place by far we got superior room for £80 a night. As soon as we got there we were a bit early the place had no waiting area we had to sit on the stairs and wait for the room .The bed was broken and kept sliding whenever we would sit down on it, we had a jacuzzi where one of the pumps weren't working. The mattress had piss stains all over it and the whole room looked more like a slum then a superior room overall the room was a mess had stains on curtains and walls, walls also gad cracks and dents in it. And it also had mould all around the jacuzzi. Place is more like an industrial place with car park where loads of different business are around.

Une étoile est déjà de trop établissement sale et personnelle désagréable des trace noir sur les murs le sol plein de crasse de la moisissure dans la baignoire alors que nous avions pris la chambre la plus chère et pour eux tout est trop et normal Je ne conseille pas du tout en plus ils sont voleurs

It isn't a hotel. A dirty apartment with two shared toilet. Thin walls and you can heard everything from the other room or if someone uses the toilet. The worst place i ever stayed. Please check trip advisor for more picture.

Attention cet endroit n’est Pas un hôtel mais une arnaque. nous y séjournons en famille à quatre il y a seulement un employé entre 11h et 21h, aucune femme de ménage à notre arrivée seuls les lits étaient faits, les sanitaires n’étaient pas nettoyés nous avons dû acheter notre papier toilette. comme nous partons le matin à 10h nous n’avons aucun contact avec les employés.sans être maniaque à 200€ la nuit c’est un scandale. Séjour du 27 décembre 2023 au premier janvier 2024.

Fake foto, I booked IT fór two adults And 12 years old child. There Is no bed fór child, So he slept on thé floor, because thé bed fór two Is 140 cm wide. No furniture in thé room. Thé shared kitchen was equiped very well. Be careful we can say it' s a kind of hostel, shared bathrooms in And toilets.

As other people have said, you get what you pay for. We stayed in a room with a toilet which was basic but clean. We arrived later than the 10pm latest checkin time but the guy at reception was kind enough to find an alternative solution so we were able to stay. A few dodgy characters about but it is in a reasonably safe location I think. Perhaps lacks a little security too - anyone can get into the buildings as no locks, only rooms themselves have locks. Overall quite nice for the price paid and very grateful to receptionist.

THEIVES !!! The notes about check in only until 9pm was not clearly mentioned in the reservation. I reached at 10:30pm and the main door was closed. I rang the bell several times, stayed until 1am on street in cold weather. No one picked up the call. The did not refund my money. THERE IS NOT EVEN A SIGNAGE OUTSIDE. This is NOT A HOTEL.

Room ok for money but I didn’t had hot water… not at all !! Was very bad to take shower with cold water. The personal from reception looked like didn’t care about this when I told them.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, un peu excentré mais cela permet d'avoir un peu de calme, vous apprécierez la vue au bord de l'eau en fonction de la chambre que vous aurez. Attention c est un appart hôtel ce n'est pas forcément très bien expliqué pour les étrangers vous devrez donc partager l'étage avec plusieurs personnes. Les enfants peuvent y séjourner gratuitement néanmoins il n y a pas de lit supplémentaire donc ils devront dormir dans le lit double adulte. Le personnel d accueil est sympathique et compréhensible, arrangeant en cas de retard si vous les prévenez. J'ai trouvé la chambre légèrement humide, l'isolation est à améliorer près des fenêtres. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée vous aurez également un lave linge et de quoi repasser. Il y a quelques commerces à proximité qui rendent le lieu pratique prévoyez néanmoins une bonne quinzaine de minutes de marche pour rejoindre les transports en commun les plus proches.
