Had a great stay at the Zedwell Greenwich, room was what I needed, had a great night's sleep here. Sam on reception was great, there was a mix up with my room booking but Sam sorted it out very quickly. Will definitely come back here the next time I'm in London!

Chambre vraiment petite et sans fenêtre OUI. Bien desservie, 30min en bus (donc moins en métro). Malgré la conjoncture physique de l'hôtel honnêtement j'ai adorée. Le personnel est très agréable. Pour ceux qui souhaite juste un endroit pour dormir (mon cas) cela suffit amplement.

Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaban bastante limpios y olían muy bien. La habitación no te la limpian ni te hacen la cama (a nosotros no nos importaba ese punto). La habitación estaban pequeña, tiene un colchón sobre una base de madera (no hay mesita de noche ni tampoco ninguna silla/asiento). El baño con cortina de plástico que salpicaba todo el agua afuera. Nos cambiaban las toallas diariamente (1 grande x persona y 1 de manos para dos) y reponían el papel higiénico. Champú y jabón para el cuerpo. En ningún momento te dicen que puedes pedir secador de pelo (que estando en una ciudad tan fría como Londres, si te duchas por las mañanas salir con el pelo mojado a la calle es horrible…,algo que me pasó los dos primeros días, al tercero me dio por preguntar y te dejan un secador durante 10 minutos, que luego debes devolver en recepción). Parece una chorrada, pero tampoco tiene escobilla de wc… La zona del hotel estaba bien comunicada con paradas de autobús y metro, aunque si queda retirado de las zonas más céntricas (1h en bus de picadilly). Para nosotros ha estado bien porque salíamos muy pronto por la mañana y no volvíamos en la noche, pero quizá por el precio que pagamos o por poco más, hubiésemos tenido algún sitio con alguna prestación más (básica). Llevan el minimalismo al extremo. El personal correcto y amable.

Un week-end court mais intense, et ce fut tout simplement AMAZING ! Hôtel très agréable, avec des réceptionnistes aimables et toujours attentifs à nos besoins. Un grand merci à Sathya pour son accueil chaleureux et bienveillant ! :)

Nous nous sommes rendus à l'hôtel Zedwell Greenwich pour un voyage groupé de 50 personnes. Il n'y avait pas de rangement en chambre car très petite et pas de fenêtre, et la porte de douche est en verre flouté, mais ça change des hôtels de d'habitude et ce fut une expérience amusante ! Au début assez étonnante (en tant que française) mais pas mal du tout ! Le quartier est super calme et vraiment tranquille, avec un café à côté, en Tesco pour faire deux trois emplettes et petit déjeuner. Si vous vous promenez la nuit, vous pourrez apercevoir des renards 🦊 ! On est à 6min a pied de la station de métro, et à 45min du centre de Londres en transport. Vous avez l'université de Greenwich pas loin sympathique à visiter, et le lobby de l'hôtel est vraiment grand spacieux et cozy. Un grand merci à Sathya qui s'est occupé de notre accueil et de l'accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour ! Et pour ceux qui demanderait il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel mais vous avez un TAS de café à 10-15min a pied et le plus proche c'est le studio café à 2min. Je recommande pour une ambiance sympathique, pour la découverte d'une nouvelle facette de l'hôtellerie et pour ceux qui aiment la simplicité. Lorsqu'on est bien organisé, pas besoin de rangement 😌 Beaucoup se plaignent et hurle qu'il faut fuir cet établissement mais ils pouvaient trouver dès leur réservation toute les informations sur la taille des chambres, le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de fenêtre et surtout pas de rangement. Ce n'est que mon simple avis mais j'espère qu'il aidera certains à choisir de vivre cette expérience amusante !

Déçu ! Pas d’accueil, les personnes restent sur leur téléphone et nous laissent nous débrouiller seuls. Obliger dans tous les cas de les appeler car leur tablette ne fonctionnent pas et ils viennent en soufflant. La chambre nous a empêché de dormir car il y a avait un bruit strident, nous l’avons signaler mais rien y a fait on nous a dit de prendre en vidéo. Pas de serviette main, ni cheveux. Nous étions venu il y a un an c’était très bien mais là les choses ont tellement changé que je ne reviendrai plus.

Booked the wrong Zedwell (Greenwich instead of Piccadilly) by mistake. As soon as the confirmation cited Greenwich (I.e upon booking), rang and emailed the hotel to advise of the honest mistake. Granted this was a stupid mistake on my part, I rather assumed it would be an easy fix, since the booking had JUST been made it would be transferable to the correct Zedwell. I was advised nothing could be done despite calling them within 5 minutes of booking online. Got told they didn’t have access to edit the booking unless you pay a £50 surcharge and then somehow magically they are able to amend your booking (funny that?), and the cost difference to stay in the other Zedwell (that part makes sense). The reason: cannot break with company policy, we don’t make the rules. Shitty policy and somewhat dishonest as clearly they can go on to amend your booking without just taking your money or charging you a surcharge for the privilege; but they have obviously been advised by their management not to. This is the sort of crap you have to deal with when it comes to these kind of chain hotels - people who have no power to provide proper service (even when you are speaking to the hotel manager who just cites ‘company policy’ at you. You ARE the company). It’s probably not the fault of either phone operator I spoke to this is not directed to them but I’m leaving this review so management can amend their shitty ‘policy’ and grant their managers more power to help people who deserve to be helped, such as in like scenarios. Queue to a furious customer who now has to stay in the wrong zedwell across town unless they are willing to part with more money… Alex

A fuir, à bannir Pas de fenêtres dans les chambres Les matelas sont au sol Pas de nettoyage dans les chambres (apparemment c’est fait tous les 4 jours, c’est le cinquième qu’on est là et ça n’a pas été fait, on a réclamé à 15h un nettoyage afin de se reposer pour partir à 1h du matin cette nuit, à 17h ce nettoyage n’est toujours pas fait). Ils ne changent pas les serviettes de bains. Le personnel est cependant accueillant mais n’explique pas à notre arrivée tout ça. Merci à Syed Ali pour sa compréhension et son amabilité. Si on aurait pu se permettre on aurait changé d’hôtel immédiatement à notre arrivée mais malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas. Je déconseille fortement sinon vous allez le regretter. À BANNNIIIR !!! FUYEZ !

Al llegar estaba todo limpio, la habitación era bien pequeña, a las justas entraban las maletas y si llevábamos algo para comer teníamos que hacerlo prácticamente en el suelo. Lo que sí estuvo bien era que no tenía ventanas y se dormía perfecto. De los 3 días, 2 días no arreglaron la cama ni hicieron limpieza, solo se llevaban las bolsas de basura y a veces no ponían toallas limpias. El personal correcto. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de un paradero de bus lo que es fácil transportarse, pero si deseas caminar por los alrededores no lo recomiendo, porque nos robaron el celular caminando a algunas cuadras yendo hacia el tren.

Room was lovely. I like the minimalistic feel and the fact it’s for relaxing and unwinding but there could have been a table or something to put things on instead of the floor.

Je suis venu du 21/12 au 26/12 avec ma cousine et le séjour c’est très bien passé. L’enregistrement est simple, le personnel est tellement agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont très propre et l’hôtel sent très bon. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre mais cela dépends de chacun nous avec ma cousine ça ne nous as pas dérangée. Les chambres sont assez petite mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant si vous venez pour juste dormir. Il manque juste une petite table ou une télé. Un micro-ondes aussi ce serait sympa. Sinon pour se rendre au centre le bus n’est pas très loin de l’hôtel donc très pratique. Le centre de Greenwich est très sympa et c’est animé le 25 décembre beaucoup d’endroits sont ouverts et il y a du monde. Beaucoup de fast food, resto, petit épicerie sont pas loins et c’est très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

La estancia ha estado muy agradable. Nada mas llegar, el personal nos ayudó muy amablement a hacer el check-in y así poder entrar a nuestra habitación. Esta estaba limpia, la cama muy cómoda y, aún que no tiene ventanas ni armarios, es bastante agradable. Para pasar unos días en Londres donde solo vas a ir al hotel para dormir está más que excelente, pues tienes a un precio asequible comparado con el resto de alojamientos un hotel cómodo y agradable. Destacar la amabilidad del personal también, estuvimos 4 días y todos los trabajadores fueron muy amables.

Wij hadden geen raam op onze kamer wat ik zelf wel fijn had gevonden. Zou het om deze reden niet nog een keer boeken. Verder prima ervaring, zelf in en uitchecken. Is verder geen contact met anderen nodig.
