We ordered at 6pm for food to arrive at 1040pm, whilst the food was ok we had a bit of a sour taste already due to the wait time.
We called at 8pm to ask what was going on to be advised it'd be other 30 minutes, we then called again at 10pm to be told 20 minutes it eventually arrived at 1040pm. I simply think it was a case of taking more orders than they could possibly handle, I think they need to have a look at their ordering and accepting process because a wait time of over 4 and a half hours is ridiculous.

Ordered my food last night hasn’t had time to make this review until now but I’m appalled I have food poisoning and I’m so ill from my food. Ordered from Foodhub wait time was ok didn’t have to wait long but won’t be ordering again from this experience currently trying to get a refund.

Awful. Overpriced. Chow mein was pitifil. Sweet and sour sauce could glow in the dark and was just sugar. Never again!

Have been here many times before and the food is great apart from the poor man on phone taking the orders very rude and unhelpful especially when it's 60 -70 pounds worth of food (ITS NOT GRAVEY ITS BBQ SAUSE) well sorrryyyy I'll take my money some where else

Takes orders on food hub it can't possibly fulfill. Stated an hour from 5.30 tried contacting them but just went to a voice mail box. Finally told it would be 30mins more. App stated delivered at 8pm, I think not! Finally arrived at 8.15 2hrs 45 after the order.
My daughter had already left as she couldn't wait any longer with a 3.5hr drive home and no food. Food was ok nothing special

We order from here very regularly and never have any complaints. The food is always hot and tastes great. Sometimes delivery can take 1 hour instead of 40 minutes but the wait is understandable and so worth it!

Excellent Take Away. Best chinese food I have ever had in 50 years.
Prefferred is to order on line and pay online. Collect and ready usually within 10 mins. You can order and pay in shop if you want card or cash.
Free extras depending on spend starting at £20 upwards on an order.

The best Chinse in the are by far! Food is never too greasy or cold it comes boiling hot every time and it’s delicious. The wait time is over an hour but honestly it’s worth it I wouldn’t order Chinse takeaway at all if it wasn’t for Evergreen every other place ive ordered from in the past doesn’t compare!
