I came here late on a Friday afternoon and it was fairly busy. I got a table though and proceeded to have a really enjoyable couple of hour drinking some excellent beers. I had for beers in total and all were top notch.
The pub had a very good atmosphere and the locals were friendly.
The bartenders were alert and efficient so I never had to wait to be served. Or perhaps it was that I didn’t join the queue. Instead I would go to an empty section of the bar to be served. I thinking queuing is a legacy of COVID and therefore no longer necessary in pubs.

Fantastic pub just a short walk from Manchester city centre. Great range of beers, friendly bar staff. One of the best in the city.

The original Manchester craft beer bar. It's a fantastic place for any beer lover. They've been serving the best selection of locally and imported beer for years. The staff are always brilliant and very patient while I spend way too long choosing my pint. Thank you for another lovely visit.

Brilliant bar with the best beers on offer in Manchester as far as I am aware. Love this place and often stay too long in it trying different beers. I'm like a kid in a sweet shop.

I have rated the beer not the food but what they have is a great range of well chosen well sourced pints. Definitely worth the good beer guide recommendations. Lots of space upstairs for our visiting convention to takeover for lots of great chats
