Went for a family gathering. On a Saturday evening, which was very busy but it is expected, we didn't even get seated until 45 minutes after our booking. First time going here, upon looking on google maps the place looked huge so I thought parking was going to be no issue. But the car park was so small, that I had to wait until someone had left and then parked up (realised that it was a space but not a proper space, just a corner next to a wall). I would say all in all there was about 20 spaces so imagine if you had 100 customers and half had cars, no way anyone can get parked.
This is a buffet and the good thing is that you order your food on a tablet and then the server serves you the food, so it is not a traditional buffet where everything is laid out on a hot counter etc. Food came out quick and the sushi was nice... BUT the soy sauce is so salty, they didn't even serve the proper Japanese soy sauce which is on the sweeter side and complements the sushi nicely. There was no taste to the wasabi either, even if there was, it would have been over shadowed by the extremely salty soy sauce (probably Chinese light soy?). So i didn't dip any of my sushi in after 2 dips. The dessert was what you would expect at any asian buffets, canapé sized "cakes" and tasteless ice cream (the mint was extremely subtle, if someone gave me the ice cream i would not know what flavour it was meant to be) - quite disappointing that they didn't have more of a japanese variety or at least better quality.
I don't think i will be returning for this reason, it is not worth the £30 per head even if it is all you can eat. What Japanese place serves Chinese dark soy?

We visited here on Valentine’s Day! Great service by the serving robot - that was very fun to watch! The food quality was not the best but the variety of the food. Spacious parking in front of the restaurant.

Food was average at very best , service was average as the dishes we selected came out one by one. Had to eat with my coat on as I felt i was eating in an igloo. Buffet was priced at £30 per head.

Very cold, with no heating on the whole time, despite the fact that it was 2 degrees outside. We had to eat with our coats on because it was so cold inside.
Non-optional service charge was added on at the end even though it was robots serving us our food, not the staff. Also dessert section was not great and it was all cheap, low quality cakes. Also drinks were expensive. The food itself was okay, but the no food waste charge was off putting, and overall not worth £30 per person.
Would not recommend.

The atmosphere was great, I gave 4 star because it was cold where we were sat. The service was cute with the robot serving us however the food does not come to you all at once bare that in mind. You will order 5 at a time but you will receive them at different times not in one go. Food was meh. Hit and miss. Some of the starters we ordered seemed like there was very low effort. Majority of the food we ordered just looked like it was stir fried with soy sauce and that was about it. The best of all food was sushi. They were very good, well made.
Would I go there again? Probably no. But if u have kids the robot is great bonus. Robot sings Happy Birthday.
Not all things on the menu is within what you pay. Such as drinks are additional. And some other food is additional.
Also remember they add service charge or sub charge to your receipt. And they added 6.50 sub charge. Each person was £29 in.

1, i will start with the food ,you will absolutely love it, so nice , and so much to choose from million per cent so worth the money,
2. So let down by one person there, not pinpointing anyone , no smile, no personality, not good for a business.
Service charge , this puzzled me , how do you get a service charge when a robot delivers your food lol. Yeah not good.
3 Atmosphere yeah busy ,people seem to be enjoying themselves.

Good evening,
I received 2 gift vouchers to the value of £50 for your restaurant as a gift for my partner on 25/01/2024.
Unfortunately throughout the year we have experienced some very challenging times, and lost a member of our family, meaning we have not had the free time or the head space to use this voucher.
I called your restaurant on 26th January 2025 to ask your staff for help and if I could use these vouchers this week, I know they’re expired by one day but we clearly want to visit. Your first member of staff claimed they didn’t know he even did gift vouchers. The second member of staff was completely unhelpful and just wanted to state that ‘we’ve given you a year’. I also asked to speak to the manager but they told me ‘they were very busy right now’.
I am keen to discus this with someone in charge as I am sure there is some movement you can have on this. You have received the £50, it makes a very very very small amount of difference to your business if you allow us to use them.
