I ordered the lasagne and you could tell it wasn't home made but a frozen one, that had been microwaved a bit too long as one side was dry.

We generally like the place and it's cheap offering on food, however, a lot of the time they don't have things available. They haven't had orange juice in for the last few days which I find very odd indeed.

Staff had a couldn’t be bothered attitude leaning on pumps while serving customers, on mobile phones while customer were stood at bar waiting to be served. No responsible drinking as 2 men ordered 8 drinks between them and in less than 40 mins ordered another 8, one customer even went to the bar and commented on how many drinks this guy had on his table. Reported all this to the manager and the response was “I didn’t serve them” what a shambles Wetherspoons have very strict policy’s on responsible drinking and customer service and know from experience staff are trained in both areas. Wetherspoons need to sort this pub out before someone’s licence gets taken away. Audits are needed. You only need to look at how many bad reviews this place has to realise somthing isn’t working.

Waited just over an hour and half for 6 breakfasts, for them to come out cold and missing some bits of food from the ordere. Understand that they was understaffed but cold food shouldn’t be acceptable. Mentioned to one of the girls who was lovely and totally understand it’s not her fault but there was no offer to sort the issue or refund the breakfasts.

Be careful in this pub going to the toilet (if you’re a male). A manager here called Chris (just recently started working here) followed me into the toilet with his phone in his hand. He didn’t use the toilet, he stood out of sight next to the urinals with his phone in his hand. You’ll notice there are a lot of mirrors in the men’s toilets which is why I felt so uncomfortable. I challenged this man infront of staff when sat back down about him following me inside the men’s toilet with his phone on camera mode. Chris refused to give me his name (i wanted to make a complaint about him) I had to ask another member of staff for his name. Two weeks later the same man has refused me entry into this pub.
I’d also be very careful eating here, you may notice rodents on your visit, running around and behind the fruit machines near the kitchen doors.
