Nice meal out for me and the wife start of 50th birthday celebrations, lovely food Great service only down was table felt like we were added last minute as my chair was almost in the walk way. Will definitely use again though

Another excellent visit to the Copt Oak. Our special request in our online booking was noted and we were seated promptly. Drinks and Food were excellent. As always the service was amazing and the price was brilliant. Approx £25 per head for 2 courses and a drink - BARGAIN

I love my weekly trips from London to visit my baby niece, and lunch at The Copt Oak is always a highlight! I was there today, and as always, the food was incredible. The staff were so warm and welcoming, providing excellent service—such a lovely experience every time! Please thank your incredible team!

I am very disappointed with the service. The waiting staff didn't acknowledge us waiting to be seated. The man behind the bar was pleasant and helped. The staff attending the table were unhelpful and with no personality at all.
The food was the worst for the money. The size of the portions was unreal. Change the plate size, and it might help. The amount of vegetables was a joke. They could have used the veg to disguise the lack of the other food.
The price for the food on offer is unreal.

There's multiple and it's a shame to see how poor copt oak has become now and you talk about freezing prices, it's too expensive!
Some change was made in December, revert it or people will go elsewhere!
Whilst the food was ok the portion sizes have been reduced, prices without discounts are way too expensive and even with isn't cheap enough, desserts are overpriced, menu is smaller too, service was quite poor as we were waiting for ages to be served, why also do staff not wear any uniforms? It's hard to tell who a staff member is as all are in casual dress, was decent before but won't be coming back now, would recommend people go elsewhere.
Just waiting for the generic owner response, thank you for your feedback! too expensive either drop the prices or put the food back to how it was.

Lovely place to eat staff are great feel comfortable while I was there nice tables and chairs lots of room nice to see the Christmas tree and decorations made it special at this time of year service was excellent from coming to leaving also nice large car park you have it all

A great afternoon catching up with friends at a super place. The staff were welcoming and friendly as always and provided great service. The food and drink were great and the ordering from via the at meant was easy and quick.
