Is this one of the worst McDonalds in the country?
This is our local McDonalds, so it is convenient when we want to grab something quick. However, we have consistently had dreadful service.
Most times we visit the drive-through, we have to pull to the side and wait for them to bring the order to our car. Then, they are constantly missing things off your order (Dips, sides, etc.). On a number of occasions, they have handed me a totally incorrect order.
The food is often lukewarm to cold, and the milkshakes / McFlurrys aren't available about 50% of the time.
It's McDonalds, I'm not expecting luxury or gourmet, but this particular branch makes a mockery of the idea of "fast food". We generally always get a better service at other branches.

This has to be one of the absolute worst McDonalds in the country. There's only one reason to use McDonald's and that's because you're in a hurry. You often have to wait at this franchise but today they surpassed themselves with a wait of nearly 30 minutes. I went in to see where everything was and stuff by the counter being ignored. After eventually speaking with someone, I learned that my order had just been left with my passenger. So I returned to the car and left for home. Arriving home I discovered there were no drinks, no sauces, and all the food was cold. I'm a tolerant person, so if this was a one-off I'd let it slide. But it's fairly close to typical of this branch in my experience. Long waits, cold food, poor service. It's not like McDonald's is cheap any more either. An absolute waste of time and money.

Absolutely appalling the fact that I live up the road and my food is constantly coming cold or with items missing like I just ordered my burger was cold and a complete mess and the 9 chicken select share box only had 4 chicken selects in the box. The Chesterton McDonald’s really need to sort it out we’re paying for food and not getting what we paid for

Ordered of just eat. Order 0602. Came freezing cold. What a absolute joke am 5minutes if that down the road. For the price of mcdonalds+delivery people expect food to come hot not cold. Burger just chucked together

Food was cold and the restaurant was dirty. It wasn't busy but every table had rubbish or needed wiping over. Nobody was seen doing these things whilst I was there. Food was quite cold too.

Ordered on the app in advance , still waited about 40 minutes. Received order at about 21:00 and this apple pie said discard at 15:04!!!! We love near by so used to go quite often but we won’t anymore. Absolute joke of macdonalds, can never get an order right but a stale pie is the topping on the cake.

The portions get smaller. The hashbrown was so uninteresting and only just heated.
